[Resolved] Sansui — LCD TV BAD | |||
I had bought Sansui LCD 32in TV two months back. No one came for installation. Now, I can see that TV tuner card is bad. Had logged multiple calls and no response at all. Even remote controller is bad. complaint number CAL[protected] Sansui and in general all videocon products are giving no/pathetic service. PLS DO THE NEEDFUL TO REPLACE THE SAME. I recommend no one to buy SANSUI products, as this is my second experience. Earlier I had issues with sansui TV 21in and had defective picture tube from day 1 and not replaced or serviced it Rajesh [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Sansui — Wider picture
Dear sir,On the month of october we brought a new sansui telvision model( HR294 eye) with serial no[protected], now we are facing problem with the picture whic has been widened, so pls let your engineer come down and the solve the problem at earliest

vedieocon lcd 32 inch — wrong remotes
sir ,i have buied an vediocon lcd frm a next showroom frm jodhpur n 20 th aug 09.wass given a remote which was nt working , on the complain they have replaced me the remote of the the lcd which too is not working ....despite of many complans the matter still is unsolved ...as they keep giving me assuarance to replace it sooner
its been almost more than 5 months the remote of the tv given to me has all wrong commands
i dun know whn will i get the remote that shall work in that lcd

Sansui — weak picture tube
i purchased a sansui color tv 4 yrs back with a warranty of 7 yrs.but now the picture disappears suddenly with the sound still on..it requires the tv to switch off and on again to get the picture again.but local dealer did not give any favourable response.kindly look into the matter.
