[Resolved]  Sansui TV (Model - CTV Hardrock 29 Wtg) — TV Remote sensor not working properly even after twice service from Sansui Service Center

Hi,

I have very pathetic experience with Sansui CTV. I have purchased Sansui TV [(Model - CTV Hardrock 29WTG) & (Sl no - 79020 [protected]] in Oct-08.
And the day i purchased TV remote sensor is not working properly even it got serviced 2 times by Sansui Authorized Service person.

TV Remote sensor hardly sense any command beyond 1 ft even only in straight direction from TV Remote Sensor.

That really doesn't make sense of having TV with Remote if we have to go and manually set our preferences of channel and adjustment of volumes.
Some times it really irritates that why i purchased Sansui brand.

If i had been knowing about these silly errors in Sansui then i would have gone for any other Brand.

One more thing i would like to add that i thought i will find Sansui customer care No from Sansui Website which is not available on Sansui own website.

Pls if anybody from Sansui India will read these complain, pls try to resolve the issue because i am writing this complain with having less hope in my mind
but if this problem will not be resolved then definitely it ll throw out Sansui brand from my mind.
