Hello This Sunil.M from Bangalore i've bought an Sansui T.v from Big Bazaar NagashettyHalli on 02..01.2012, to wall mount the T.v they took 4 days the b, lore call centre people started playing fun, at last 5th day one Mr.Prabhu had come and fixed, now since 24.02.2012 my T.v i could not see the picture only the voice so ihad called your call centre they gave me an ref no and told me within 24 hrs the tec, would reach me i got an call from [protected] stating thattec will come on 28.02.2012 nobody din turn back and today 29.02.2012 again frm de call centre an lady called and she says within 24hrs the tec will come i'm working @ pvt concern i've already taken 2days leave lose of pay i kindly request you to solve the issue.
