[Resolved]  Saphire Honda — Poor Service

Hi Everyone,
The above statements about Sapphire Honda, Bangalore seem to be true.

I also a bought a honda Unicorn, not because of the showroom but becos I likd the bike and this showroom was near my house.

After paying the amount in full also, the reps gave me the feeling that they are doing some kind of social service. As though they are giving away the bike for free. no courtesy, friendliness.

Also, Sapphire Honda showroom process is all run by OLD FOOLS. no understanding between each other and we have to be at the receiveing end even after paying so much of cash.

Next, i went for my first free service. On the day of delivery - bike wouldnt start self. They said battery has drained. OOPs!!!. A new bike which had run only around 300kms and Battery drained!!!. They put on the AUTCOP on the entire weeked and it was buzzing all the weeekend it seems. This shows their lack of experience

I really doubt if they have any idea about service etiquettes.

My sincere request for all those bike Lovers... Please do not go to SAPPHIRE HONDA, J P NAGAR, BANGALORE. Go elsewhere.

I have dream that to buy unicorn bike and went to saphire honda showroom.
i paid pull amount and went to take bike on delivery date as they told.

i had dispointed to buy bike itself bcos of those worst fellows, who are working in saphire honda showroom. they gave me bike with some scraches an dno boday has listening my words .

they are telling on management and management telling sales person ..
botha re guys an dplaying with me..

i am sincier advice to all. plz don't buy bike in saphire hoda showroom, bangalore..
plz go other show room in banaglore...
I and a few of my other friends had bought our bikes from saaphire honda JP Nagar bangalore. We have not faced any problem as yet, the service was courteous and the problems were attended to our satisfaction .
The service infact has been improved .
hello guys,

i had bought a deo for my sister from Saphire honda jp nagar bangalore 2 months back .There was some mechanical problem which was caused due to unskilled riding by my sister as she was still learning, the bike had run for about 969km.
The problem was immediately attended to by the people in saphire and the defect was fixed and i was nt chrged anything as the bike was under a warranty period.I am happy with the after sale service and i hope they would keep up this good work.
"Saphire honda rocks". i had bought a unicorn from them a year back.. It still looks new and feels new because of the service provided by the guys in sapphire .I do disagree with some of the guys who have some wrong opinion or "complaints" about the show room. i have not faced any such issues and i have infact reccomended most of my collegues and friends to get thir bike serviced there .

l had bought a univorn abour a week ago. i found some microscopic scratches after i took it to home. i had bought this to the notice of the salesmen who gave me the delivery. he took me to the manager who was very kindlly listened to my problem and gave me a new unicorn in superb condition with fully polished one.
overall complaint resolution was good.

i had bought an Activa from Sapphire Honda JP Nagar, Bangalore.

My bike was brand new. I took for free servicing in Sapphire Honda. When I got the bike back, there was this deep ugly scratch at the side. They knew about the scratch and were trying to hide about it. Once I saw the scratch, they started puttin some temporary polishes and all crap which even made the bike ugly. The manager of Sapphire Hondas services sucks.

NEVER BUY A BIKE FROM SAPPHIRE HONDA. WORST NEVER GET UR BIKE SERVICED THERE.

i have bought my activa and dio from sapphire honda and i have been giving it for service to the same for the past 3 years and will continue to do so.I too have faced some petty issues once it comes to servicing but they were sorted out in no time once i got in touch with people incharge.
I believe that there is no point in arguing with the mechanics .Instead if you raise your complaints to the higher ups ..the matter will be taken seriously.But trust me the guys in Sapphire are very much better than the other honda showrooms in bangalore.
Very good customer service.

I bought a Honda Unicorn, my first bike and I am very excited about it. But, the mileage of the bike had dropped. I spoke to the Manager and the mechanic about this problem. They promised to fix it for me and they did it. My bike was very well tuned and at now my bikes mileage has picked up again. I thank the folks at SAPPHIRE HONDA for solving this problem at my request.

I suggest all users to service your bikes at SAPPHIRE HONDA...
i bought a honda unicorn at saphire honda few months back... the bike ahd problems due 2 my excessive usage... i took it 2 saphire honda... the people over there were very co-operative...
and they got mi bike ready in no time...

i suggest that PEOPLE SHOULD BUY THEIR BIKES AT SAPHIRE HONDA ONLY... :)

This is with regard to the post I put for the scratch during the servicing. I had the complaint escalated to the service manager, Mr. Nazir and the paint was fixed promptly. They even had had the drive shaft replaced because i was having problems with it.

He also had security people rebuked for their utter irresponsibility. In all i think Saphire Honda is good though the service engineers at times can be a pain in the neck. If you guys have any complaints have it escalated to the management. they are pretty helpful

Last month I got the service done from them. Yesterday (one month after), my Honda Activa wouldn't self start. Local garage mech. said battery is drained completely.
Sounds something fishy about this Sapphire Honda service.
I purchased a unicorn from Saphire honda JP nagar in Oct-09. After 3 days went back to them with rear brake problem, the salesperson told he'll rectify on the first service day. Need to wait for a month to use brakes!!
Well, after first service, they told they greased the brake pads, as they were hardened. Eh? it was a new bike.. Still i wasn;t satisfied with brake's performance. Same complaint i made at 2nd service. They 'fixed' again, but still i feel same non-performing rear brakes.
I'll call their customer relation persons and complain, or else will complain to the company about this.

The staff at Saphire Honda are indifferent to the customers. Less and less number of vehicles for service means, less work for them.First time I went to get my vehicle serviced at 7.30 am. But I was told to come at 8.30 am. I went next day at 8.30 am but there was no locker available to keep my helmet, documents etc.On enquiring they said it was full at 7.30 am.Even they were not ready to keep our belongings with them or provide locker at our cost.Except a few ladies and the head of the show room attitude of others is not suitable for a service industry..
hi purchased honda activa from saphire honda in jp nagar on april 08. after one year there was a problem in the self start. I went to the service centre and the people over there were very humble and accepted the fact that there was a problem in the vehicle and they repaired it and that too for a very minimal cost. I think this is very difficult to see nowdays in any of the service centres. The manager co-operated very well. I think this was a very excellent service. Please keep this up with every customer.

I had very bad experience with this service center people.
I have given my new bike shine for the first service; i received the bike in very bad condition. They delivered my bike with more than 20 scratches. i shocked looking at condition, they simple said sorry.

No one doesn’t know about how to do service for the bikes. Waste fellows. My suggestion is not to entertain these people by giving your bikes for the service.

Please dnt prepfer sapphire honda...very pooooooor customer care...very bad dealer..if we approach them for sure they will eat up our time by giving a call to their contact numbers bcz no one will pick it..i srsly dunno why they r doing these type of business...please shut down ur showroom & tke rest @ home
i had purchased a honda active from saphire honda and have been always very happy with the service rendered..all kudos to mr.naseer and his team..I have never seen any better customer service like this organisation
please my humble request to u... plese dont buy or do ur service in saphire honda... i faced alot of promblem their...they done my bike service in 10 min... and they bill 600rs to me...one thing is sure all the bike get serviced just in 10 min... i[censored] have doubt on it... jusk keep a eye when ur bike is went to get servicved...
Yes..you are correct. Bikes are serviced in minutes. End of the service quality is not at all good. NEVER ur vehicle serviced in SAPPHIRE HONDA. Even the road side mechanics will do the good service.
