Did a paint job, they couldn't even match the color.

Did a paint job long back, they couldn't match the color at all, when i complained they convinced me to keep the color for two or three months and see the color will fade and match with previous color.
I clearly didn't. The showroom and service centre shut soon after that. Now i can't even complain to anyone. What do I do.
The difference in colour is very visible.

The Showroom Maneger Give Me the Test Drived Scooter On delivery Lost of scratches on body and also Scooter already 33km drived When I ask give me New 1 He refused to give and tel i already make invoice and Scooter Ready for u. I can't make exchange and I can't give any other scooter to u its already alert for u that's only I give u. If I give u any other scooter I'm not responsible and I'm not giving u to any guaranty r warranty.Plz Help Me they gived me a Test Ride scooter The company provided only for customer Test drive but

Don't go saphire honda to buy or service, showroom people don't know how to respect costumer they act as they will give bike for free too bad.
Saphire honda service center jp nagar to warst then this, my hornet bike before service in good condition after first service next day started lot of problems like fuel not turn into reserve, hike will get to hot, low pickup, saspection problem, tyer whimling, meter shows wrong speed and km. After next week i visited raised all complaints also not useful. They will fix the issues after next 2 days again start problem again and again. I complaint and revisted for repaire again and again its almost 10 time, still problem not fixed.
Saphire honda service center mechanic all are unskilled young guys, thay don't know what is the issues.
Please don't go bike service for saphire honda jp nagar. It's custmer risk to visit the saphire honda service center. Once you service your bike here your bike will gone start facing lot of problem even its purchased new bike.

Ka51ev14 honda dio. From saphire honda bangalore i have used my scooter 2450kms their is some sound coming from engine i have given it service centre 3 to 4times but still the problem is not rectified the sound till now.. It is coming from two days after i took dio from showroom. Service centre not staff and manager not giving good response in fact they are being rude. So i would request to replace my scooter as soon as possible. Or else i am ready to take a legal action through consumer court.. I am not satisfied with service centre staff and the manager. I hope this complaint makes some efforts soon..

Saphire honda bannergatta road, i gave my bike for 2nd service.. Its very bad exeperience, nothing has been done other than engine oil change and water service that to not properly cleaned the bike and they asked me for 3m serivice apprx 250 engine, clutch and battery check, i said do it... When i took delivery of bike and checked... It is fully of dust they not even opened the side box, when i asked them sorry sir we forgot we will do now and took my bike back just cleaned and told 3m battery check completed... Plzzzz dont give ur bike here for service

I am not at all happy with your servicing, i am done with three free services till now and due for 4th servicing. The vehicle was not serviced properly from the 1st servicing only. I have got gair box oil leakage in my vehicle and due to over pressure applied on the vehicle has resulted in bent in the fork. I complained to service advisor at the time i was providing the vehicle for servicing but did not receive a proper resolution. Finally when i felt i am no more able to ride the vehicle, i complained to mahesh who was the manager heading bilakhalli, i received a resolution but not completely. Fork bent is still not resolved and gair box oil leakage is still there, i complained to current manager in bilekhalli branch at the time of taking delivery of my vehicle after 3rd servicing. He rode the vehicle for 10 minutes and told everything is fine where as when i check the vehicle near a local service center, they say that the issue is not yet resolved.
I am fed up running behind your servicing team to get a resolution, they would keep the vehicle for 2 - 3 days or even more (During second service) but didn't get a solution. The service center team acts as if i they are doing a charity work for me

pathetic bike servicing

The whole place is a joke. They pick up bikes for service and half of the time don't even know what they are doing. They prefer to blame the customer more than actually finding out what exactly is the problem with the vehicle and providing solutions. Absolutely hapless coordination. Lethargic irresponsible staff. They picked up my activa because it was not starting and after that no news till next day evening. It was only after I repeatedly called one customer care executive whatever he maybe called named nawaz answers saying the engine has to be opened and it may cost 14k. I said go ahead.till evenin absolutely no news. Then I again get a call them asking whether they can open the engine. I explain again to do the same and after many hrs the god forsaken people call and say it 'll cost no less than 14 k the problem they can't explain. I tell them to deliver it back.the reply is they cannot because it's evening. What's the amount? They don't know because server is down. Finally my brother goes there to pick up the vehicle so that the ordeal can be finished off. The back brake is loose. He asks them to tighten it and nobody is interested. Finally he has to sternly tell them and one guy disinterestedly comes and tightens it. We get it back give just to a local mechanic and he does an oil change and viola.!!!!!!! Bike is fine running well.!!!! The mechanic tells engine problem which is understandable it's a 5yrs old bike. But god alone knows what the so called authorised centre is doing

I got Unicorn from SAPPHIRE HONDA on 7/10/11. and gave me Damaged Bike. so many times going to service station now they are telling u have to change Handle BAR how it is possible only driving in 40 speed no accident and now asking for changing BAR

Poor service for bikes

Hi, i am completely dissatisfied with the saphire service centre.I got my bike CBUnicorn last month from this showroom,after 25 days i gave it for 1st servuce and after this my bad days started with my bike . horrible service i am getting lot of problems in my bike right from engine sound to drop in mileage.These service people are very irresponsible and it can be noticed by the way they interact with customers.If anyone can help me please do the needful.

Poor Service
Hi Everyone,
The above statements about Sapphire Honda, Bangalore seem to be true.
I also a bought a honda Unicorn, not because of the showroom but becos I likd the bike and this showroom was near my house.
After paying the amount in full also, the reps gave me the feeling that they are doing some kind of social service. As though they are giving away the bike for free. no courtesy, friendliness.
Also, Sapphire Honda showroom process is all run by OLD FOOLS. no understanding between each other and we have to be at the receiveing end even after paying so much of cash.
Next, i went for my first free service. On the day of delivery - bike wouldnt start self. They said battery has drained. OOPs!!!. A new bike which had run only around 300kms and Battery drained!!!. They put on the AUTCOP on the entire weeked and it was buzzing all the weeekend it seems. This shows their lack of experience
I really doubt if they have any idea about service etiquettes.
My sincere request for all those bike Lovers... Please do not go to SAPPHIRE HONDA, J P NAGAR, BANGALORE. Go elsewhere.

I and a few of my other friends had bought our bikes from saaphire honda JP Nagar bangalore. We have not faced any problem as yet, the service was courteous and the problems were attended to our satisfaction .

i had bought a deo for my sister from Saphire honda jp nagar bangalore 2 months back .There was some mechanical problem which was caused due to unskilled riding by my sister as she was still learning, the bike had run for about 969km.
The problem was immediately attended to by the people in saphire and the defect was fixed and i was nt chrged anything as the bike was under a warranty period.I am happy with the after sale service and i hope they would keep up this good work.

"Saphire honda rocks". i had bought a unicorn from them a year back.. It still looks new and feels new because of the service provided by the guys in sapphire .I do disagree with some of the guys who have some wrong opinion or "complaints" about the show room. i have not faced any such issues and i have infact reccomended most of my collegues and friends to get thir bike serviced there .

l had bought a univorn abour a week ago. i found some microscopic scratches after i took it to home. i had bought this to the notice of the salesmen who gave me the delivery. he took me to the manager who was very kindlly listened to my problem and gave me a new unicorn in superb condition with fully polished one.

My bike was brand new. I took for free servicing in Sapphire Honda. When I got the bike back, there was this deep ugly scratch at the side. They knew about the scratch and were trying to hide about it. Once I saw the scratch, they started puttin some temporary polishes and all crap which even made the bike ugly. The manager of Sapphire Hondas services sucks.
NEVER BUY A BIKE FROM SAPPHIRE HONDA. WORST NEVER GET UR BIKE SERVICED THERE.

and they got mi bike ready in no time...

This is with regard to the post I put for the scratch during the servicing. I had the complaint escalated to the service manager, Mr. Nazir and the paint was fixed promptly. They even had had the drive shaft replaced because i was having problems with it.
He also had security people rebuked for their utter irresponsibility. In all i think Saphire Honda is good though the service engineers at times can be a pain in the neck. If you guys have any complaints have it escalated to the management. they are pretty helpful

Last month I got the service done from them. Yesterday (one month after), my Honda Activa wouldn't self start. Local garage mech. said battery is drained completely.

I purchased a unicorn from Saphire honda JP nagar in Oct-09. After 3 days went back to them with rear brake problem, the salesperson told he'll rectify on the first service day. Need to wait for a month to use brakes!!
Well, after first service, they told they greased the brake pads, as they were hardened. Eh? it was a new bike.. Still i wasn;t satisfied with brake's performance. Same complaint i made at 2nd service. They 'fixed' again, but still i feel same non-performing rear brakes.

The staff at Saphire Honda are indifferent to the customers. Less and less number of vehicles for service means, less work for them.First time I went to get my vehicle serviced at 7.30 am. But I was told to come at 8.30 am. I went next day at 8.30 am but there was no locker available to keep my helmet, documents etc.On enquiring they said it was full at 7.30 am.Even they were not ready to keep our belongings with them or provide locker at our cost.Except a few ladies and the head of the show room attitude of others is not suitable for a service industry..
hi purchased honda activa from saphire honda in jp nagar on april 08. after one year there was a problem in the self start. I went to the service centre and the people over there were very humble and accepted the fact that there was a problem in the vehicle and they repaired it and that too for a very minimal cost. I think this is very difficult to see nowdays in any of the service centres. The manager co-operated very well. I think this was a very excellent service. Please keep this up with every customer.

i had purchased a honda active from saphire honda and have been always very happy with the service rendered..all kudos to mr.naseer and his team..I have never seen any better customer service like this organisation

Yes..you are correct. Bikes are serviced in minutes. End of the service quality is not at all good. NEVER ur vehicle serviced in SAPPHIRE HONDA. Even the road side mechanics will do the good service.

hai, i gave my dio to the saphire honda for the 4 service. my vehicle had self starting problem and they returned the compliant and they told they will give the vehicle in evening and within promised delivery time otherwise they charge the 75rs penalty for that oopps!!!. i recieved the vehicle and self starting problem like that only and they taken my battery for replcement and they not given stand by battery more than 15 days over they not given battery know also it is too much ... please dont go saphire honda . they are not for us to give better service but they are working for money only .. please dont go there

Hello everyone ,Last week i registerd complaint regarding the service by Saphire guys.I was only convinced by the service people saying that the problem(noise in the engine) is common for vehicles which are coming now in market.Yesterday i got a call from the showroom as a response to my complaint and they have assured me that they will take care of all these things whatever may be the issue from the service centre, and i am hoping that i wont face any problems in future .I believe Honda motorcycles are dominating nowadays in market.I suggest all young guys to go ahead for honda bikes.

We all know that the rear seat of Honda Stunner can be removed completely to access the glove compartment. After the 1st free service, I was in for a rude shock. I found out that one of the two horizontal rubber pads on the inside of the rear seat, to hold the rear seats in position so that the rear seat does not shake or move, is missing. I reported it the same day, after collecting my bike from service. I was informed that it must have been loose and must have come out during servicing. I was informed that once that part is found, someone will call me and it will be put back in my bike. I am yet to hear from Saphire Honda about the part, "even after 3 MORE free service".
Recently, the 4th free service was done on my bike. On all the 4 occassions (free services), I had reported my concerns about the battery condition. The battery will not hold charge if the bike is not driven for 2-3 days at a stretch. It is as if the battery has drained completely.
There have been 2 instances when I had parked the bike at night and the next morning, I had to push the bike to start. The first one was within 10 days of collecting my "brand new bike". Had it been a different country, it would have been easy to sue Saphire Honda for providing a bike that does not start withing 10 days of collecting the bike. But here in India, things are not that easy. Right now, I do not intend to complain about the Indian System.
In my case, after the 4th service, which has been done not more than 2 weeks ago, there has been no issues with the battery. But I am sure that, within a couple of weeks, the issue will come back again.
The only good thing about this whole episode is that the Service Manager is approachable, very polite and friendly. Along with the Service Manager, there are couple of people, who are friendly as well. I have not interacted with everyone.
But, being friendly and polite will "not" fix the issues with the bike. I need to purchase an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for further servcing. I am having 2nd thoughts about getting it from Saphire Honda.

I have filled the feedback form but to my surprise no one has called back to find out what went wrong.

Recently bought a Honda Dio, not even 500kms met with a small accident which damaged the front shield & had to wait for 4 weeks or more to get the part fixed. Sapphire HONDA Is having some problems with dealership & Honda, (this was confirmed by a Honda person itself). hence they dont get proper supply of parts. Silicon Honda is good at sales, service after sales etc. I had to arrange the part & give them.

Saphire Honda is a sick place to get all the Honda 2 wheelers serviced.
Last time i visited for replacing the side stand of my bike, but the were asking for the booking/appointment details for that small piece of work. They dont have any minor issue counter where in you can get your minor repairs done easily and quickly. To change the side stand of my vehicle they said to leave the bike and take it on the next day. Whats wrong with those people, just to replace side stand i have to wait 1 day. man!!!

I own an Activa for the last 6 years. Gave it for an engine service (cost me 16K)...at JP Nagar service center. AFter 2 weeks, my vehicle broke down again! Its been 4 weeks since I called the breakdown team to tow my vehicle. But still no one has turned up.

yes i agree with all of you . Sapphire Honda -even erghatta road is the worst centre . i booked active honda on 8th april 2012, they said they will deliver before 1 month. i didnt had any urgency . I had choosen a loan provided from saphire authorized vendor Family credit. But the people without check calling me unnessarily, Madam your vehicle is readypls come and get it. i was shocked within 2 days hw it is possible then after every two to three days i receive a call for enquiry to book the vehicle, or to produce some documents etc. Atlast succesfully they finished all procedure and promised me to give a vehicle on 19 apr 2012. Even i was very happy somhow i am getting the vehicle soon without bothering their torture. But That foolish people again postponed to take vehicle on 23/4/2012, they requested Madam pls come without fail . i told them i wil collect it on 24/4/2012 on eve of Akshaya Tritiya, as it is ospious, i took half day leave at my office . At 1.30 am people called me again for enquire as it is ospicious pls book the vehicle . when i confirm them i already booked and get vehicle today. They turned up saying tuesday is holiday for the showroom . The guy who was interacting with me all these days switch off the mobile. So stupids the people and the service over there.

Very True, Saffire Honda service sucks. I had left my vehicle for service twice but tboth the times they royally screwed rather than fixing the problems reported.
I booked honda activa from sapphire Honda and i have experienced the laziest staff in the world. The staff is untrained and the showroom condition is also very pathetic. The ac in the month of April were not working, no comfort in getting the test ride.
When i went for my first service, the experience was worst. The mechanic was very rude and no one was there to look after the bike.

I recently got first service done for honda activa. Bike is handled very carelessly. There was no stock of front gaurd when i got bike delivered and for safety reason, i ensured it is done in first service. i was shocked when i saw rusted steel bars in front with horrible fitting. Infact they were not having stock even after one month and have managed to get some old rusted gaurds. Even after fighting, only one side gaurd was replaced but i can see a part of mental sheet coming out and making it look ugly.
The Quality of service has improved to an all new level now.The service was really satisfactory.Can't wait to visit Saphire once more.

I just got back home taking delivery of honda Dio from SAPPHIRE HONDA in marenahalli, i can tell you this is the worst thing i did in my life.Inspite of paying them cash to purchase a vehicle, they were acting like they were doing me a favor and giving me something for free.I was made to wait for 90 minutes, yes 90 minutes for a dio.The foul language they were using amongst themselves is disgusting.Seriously, 3 rd rated people.All this despite me talking to their floor manager, i guess his name is Pradeep.He was like i give a attitude.I would never recommend anyone to go to these people.

I will say very Pathetic with the service/sales people except the Managing level people. Sales/Service people are not going to take decision which is going to solve your issue, you have to see the managers for something justifiable.
I bought a cb unicorn bike from them, and got delivered within 3 days because payment was in cash. We took the vehicle from them but haven't noticed a dent in the petrol tank because it was night and bike's colour was black.
Next day we returned it, but they didn't accepted it happened from them and said can't do anything about it. Luckily the manager was more sensible guy who accepted the complaint and got us the tank replaced.
I have paid them for Teflon coating, but it was not done on my bike. When i asked, the guys were claiming it was done. Later i got it done from another dealer for half the price.
I got the helmet lock fixed on tail part. When i asked the dealer who did the Teflon coating to fix it on the crash guard, he said for crash guard it's another type of lock and i will get the tail one replaced from where i took the bike itself if i shows them the bill.
When asked this to sapphire Honda guys they told me like can't replace it and i have to buy new helmet lock for crash guard etc. Their justification was they have to cut off the lock that is fixed on the tail, which was illogical, because its something just fixed using screws. Kinda irresponsible guys.
If you happened to buy something from these Sapphire honda dealer next to Central Mall next to Jayadeva be extremely cautious on the deal. While i was booking the order itself i have told the sales girl about complaints i read online and i don't want any scratches or dents in my new Vehicle, but even then this much things happened. they doesn't care once the payment is received.

This showroom is the worst showroom ever.. I have purchased my bike just a year ago and within this period my bike engine got ceased twice. .Either there service is worst or there bikes are worst. in 33000 kms they changed cranks shaft twice and did engine work thrice. still engine noise is there. i have always ridden my bike below 55 kmph. and have even maintained properly.

My experience with Sapphire Honda, JP nagar is not good. They gave me a bike that had engine problem. After tough arguements, they committed to replace the bike with a new one. They did so, 4 days after the promised day. Till now I have not received the documents, other than Insurance copy. They have not even given the service manual and they are not at all bothered for it. After say 20 calls per day also, they dont pick up/say stories of all excuses. Hope they are not bothered once the amount is received in full.
I will service my bike in a normal bike repair shop and this bike of mine will never go to any saphire honda for even service.
Guys, beware of saphire hinda guys. Do not accept any false promises. Get everything in writing and do not leave the showroom unless your problem is resolved.

I agree for the negative reviews. Service and Sales people are good talkers but work wise they sucks. Servicing the bike @ Sapphire Honda is worst thing to do. They even cant carry out good water service also.

The service is really poor. I dropped my vehicle for service at 08:30 in the morning for 3rd free service. The service adviser promised me that the vehicle will be ready by 11:30 AM. I went to collect the vehicle at 01:30 PM and first of all the service adviser was not to be found, second the lady at the reception informed be the vehicle will be delivered at 2:30 PM. I escalated the issue to the service manager Mr. Nasir Hussian, he checked and told me that there was part out of stock and someone has gone to Silicon Honda for collecting it. He then promised me that the vehicle will be delivered at 03:00 PM. I again went for collecting the vehicle at 03:30 PM. Guess what time I finally got the vehicle, it was 04:15 PM. And to add to the misery the part which the person went to Silicon Honda (which I know was a lie) was written as out of stock. Bunch of liars. Then my vehicle was not water washed, when I complained a guy said it was washed once and took it for washing again. When I complained about this at the reception it fell on deaf ears. I own a Royal Enfield too and never I have faced such a situation with the service there. Your service center is one hell of a pathetic situation. Better improve fast of, you will be losing a lot of customers.

i have purchased my honda activa this year . i had been to replace my activa horn and i was asked to wait in queue for 1 and half hour to replace small part like horn. Even after requesting that its a small replcement no one really cared and i had to wait . after raising my voice then someone came and asked to give the key . i went in at 8:20 and came out 10.15 for a small horn replcaement.
i have decided not to continue any buisness with saphire honda and i will recommend the same to my friends and relatives . i am very much dissapointed with the attitude of the people over there.

I took for servicing in Sapphire Honda. When I got the bike back, there was this deep ugly scratch at the side. They knew about the scratch and were trying to hide about it. Once I saw the scratch, they started putting some temporary polishes and all crap which even made the bike ugly. The manager of Sapphire Honda services sucks.
I had given it for polishing, they have polishd without removing guard, looks so dirty and argues teling they dnt remove guard. it looks ugly,
costed me around 400rs just for polishing wch is of no use..
I would never like to step in to dat showroom again..it sucks...

I first approached the showroom that is near my place, saphire honda on Bannerghatta Road. I wanted to pay in cash hence they agreed to give me the vehicle in 3 working days over the phone. I took all my documents, had taken a half day leave to get this done. I went there, I was in for a surprise. First, they asked me to pay in full, which never happens when your booking the bike.Then once I agreed to this, I was told that they are still awaiting the stocks to come in. Since I was not very convinced with their service I decided to go another showroom to book my bike. This time I decided to go to Koramangala. I went there and filled up my application to book the bike. They gave me a copy of the booking form with my phone number written wrong on it. When I mentioned it to them, they said I do not have to worry as my application contains the right number. I was told that in a week I will get a call as to when I would receive my bike. Its been three weeks since then, I keep calling and following it up with them. I keep getting just one answer, that they do not have stocks and I'd like I can pick up any other bike. If I really wanted to pick up another bike, I would have but I'm particular about this bike, which is why I'm still waiting. The lady that I spoke to the other day in the showroom over the phone, even went to the extent of asking me to try in other outlets as they do not have the bike with them. I don't think they really care about the business or the kind of service that they offer.

This dealer is best avoided. Makes the customer feel that they are doing a favour to the customer by selling a vehicle. NO customer service at all. No pleasantries. No politeness. No educated staff. Haphazard management. Dealership should be cancelled by Honda. Or sales will be affected badly. Arrogance of the dealer can be seen in the staff of this dealer. Honda Two Wheelers are selling well that does not mean that you can take the customer for granted. Nokia has faced the music of such behaviour. So has Motorola and Blackberry. It's time for good customer service or else you will face shut-down soon.

Second service they forgot to put bolts under the storage area.
They also made a dent on the one of the side, and said will clear it but I had to leave the vehicle for two days.
Totally unethical, unreliable an irresponsible.

A BUNCH OF CHEATERS...THEY SCREW UP SOMETHING OR THE OTHER IN YOUR VEHICLE FOR WHICH YOU NEED TO GO TO THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN
I was completely cheated by Saphire Honda, BTM. I had given my Honda Activa for servicing in July. It worked fine but in August the headlight stopped functioning. I showed it to a local mechanic and he clearly told me that if I just change the bulb it will not last a day as there is heavy power supply to the bulb area after servicing. A regulator needs to be fixed to control the power. He clearly told me not to change the bulb without fixing regulator. He said the cost would be around 800/-. I didn't trust him. I took my bike to the Saphire Honda showroom (where i had done the servicing). They changed the bulb and charged me 400/-. It worked fine for a week and then got fused. I went there again and told them the problem. They said I need to leave the bike for through checkup. I had clearly mentioned to them the light problem during servicing. I had also told them about what the local mechanic told. They asked me to just change the bulb and if the same thing happened again they will need to check the vehicle. i just changed the bulb. And it happened again. Within a week, the headlight stopped functioning. I had to dangerously drive in the dark. I went to the showroom again to ask them why they can't find the solution to a simple problem. If a local mechanic can solve the issue in 5 minutes, why do they need half a day for it? The in charge, someone called MANI started talking all technical and mechanical things as if i don't know anything about vehicles. i asked him if there is any guarantee that after through checkup the problem would not reoccur and he said he cannot promise. Well, it was very clear from their attitude that they do it intentionally.

i have bought it on june -2016 last week, the just new vehicle dicky key was jammed, since i was out side due to some important work and before locking the key i had kept helmet and some documents, so to open the dicky key struggled a lot to open the key it was not opened, finally since it was urgent i was suppose to go to local mechanic while opening it inside the dicky, dicky plastic was damaged ( IT WAS BROKEN ) here the reason was low quality plastic also, finally it was opened,
when i was complained to the showroom to replace the dicky plastic, they said it is not they are mistake and blaming to mechanic for damage,
Mechenic is an ordinary guy, you guys having such a big background of technology, your providing low quality technology where 25 days old bike dick key is not working, feel your self ????????
It is relay same on your technology part, mistake is from your end having such a big brand, your giving such a cheap quality technology and services by collecting huge money from customer,
my question is for honda and sapphire,
Dont you feel shame on your part to give such a cheap quality technology, just 25 days old vehicle dicky key is getting jammed and for this your guys answer is, it is raining so technology is weak, are we have given black money with shame reason,
i have spoke to showroom and sapphire area sales manager also, they are answer is, they are not responsible for this,
Trusted brand is giving such a wort technology and services, it is relay bad,
they sad they will give me bill tomorrow, i will make sure pasting the same in all compliments,

Don't go saphire honda to buy or service, showroom people don't know how to respect costumer they act as they will give bike for free too bad.
Saphire honda service center JP Nagar to warst then this, My Hornet bike before service in good condition after first service next day started lot of problems like fuel not turn into reserve, hike will get to hot, low pickup, saspection problem, tyer whimling, meter shows wrong speed and km. after next week i visited raised all complaints also not useful. they will fix the issues after next 2 days again start problem again and again . I complaint and revisted for repaire again and again its almost 10 time, still problem not fixed.
Saphire honda service center mechanic all are unskilled young guys, thay don't know what is the issues.
Please don't go bike service for saphire honda JP Nagar. It's custmer risk to visit the saphire honda service center. Once you service your bike here your bike will gone start facing lot of problem even its purchased new bike .
