[Resolved]  SBI - ATM — Invalid transaction with money deduction

ATM was used in other bank's ATM machine but dint get money that was entered but when checked in SBI(11/08/2009), Rs. 17000/- was less and this amount was same what was entered in other bank's ATM machine. A written complaint was made but till now got Rs. 9000/- and remaining Rs. 8000/- still dint come. SBI Saharsa bank people not responding much on this.This is my papa's account and he need money but they are just ignoring the matter.this is the SBI Government Banking service? Please solve this problem as soon as possible.They should put fine due to their delay in service.

Sir,
I have forgotten my atm pin code i cannot access my card now...my atm card no.[protected] and it is valid from Oct 2009.my account no. is[protected]...please send a solution for my problem into my e-mail...
