I am BHAVISHA KISHOR SHERATHIA customer of S.B.I, Branch - Gorwa (VADODARA).I have lost the ATM cum Debit card on 06th Sept'2009. my Account Number- [protected] and ATM Card no.[protected]valid from AUG2007), PLEASE BLOCKED and CANCEL MY ATM CARD URGENT.
