[Resolved]  Sbi / Atm Cum Debit Card — amount debited during online pvr ticket booking through atm

i am kanchan srivastava, sbi saving a.c no. [protected] rs 640/- debited on 5 june 2010 during the online pvr ticket booking through atm. i already had been given complain to sbi husain ganj branch 2 times, 1st complaint on 7 june and 2nd on 9th august still amount has not been credited in my account.
kindly take needful action as per rbi guidelines.
