Dear Sir/Madam
I would like to inform you that I had made a transaction for 1000 Rs/- in ATM (ATM ID - ST0B[protected] ON 19th May 2011 with transaction number 9705. Unfortunately during processing of my transaction power has gone. So specified money did not come from ATM. But 1000 Rs/-was debited from my account. I made compliant regarding this by calling customer care and by mailing them. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of power failure problems. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP.I may be saved from mentally harassment due to loss of my money earned by so much of hard work.
