[Resolved] SBI ATM Service — WRONGLY DEBITED FROM ATM | |
Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that on 20.06.09 I was trying to withdrwal a cash of Rs.4000/- at HDFC,OBC,SBI, SECTOR 22 near ISBT CHANDIGARH around 6:50PM .But no cash withdrawal was taken place physically. I tried twice and there was no cash received as well the receipt as there must be some problem in machine and so unable to complete the transaction. My A/c no. is [protected]. I am a regular customer of SBI Bank and no such incident had happened with me in the past .I have given an application of that incident to SBI branch manager on 24.07.09 but they have not taken a proper action over it .You are requested to check this matter and reverse the amount of Rs.4000/- which is wrongly debited to my a/c. This is to inform you that on 15.10.09 I have withdrawn a cash of Rs.8000/- at SBI, AAU Branch, Jorhat, Assam. I was surprized to see that an amount of Rs. 1000/- and Rs 4000/- was withdrawn from my account on 14.10.09. I am sure that I have not drawn any amount on that day. I am 100% sure that I have not given my ATM card to any one. My A/C no. is [protected]. I am a regular customer of SBI Bank and no such incident had happened with me in the past. I have talked of that incident to SBI, AAU Branch but they have not taken a proper action over it .You are requested to check this matter and reverse the amount of Rs.5000/- which is wrongly withdrawl from my A/C. Expecting an immediate response on this critical subject.
