ATM — Cash not dispensed in ATM but account Debited.
sir,on 22nd of April I tried to withdraw 25000 Rs from "Police Bazar" in "Shillong, Meghalaya" but the ATM responded that "Your transction timed out" after a while I checked my balence it was already debited from my account.My Account No. is [protected]. I already contacted to my branch i.e Chenikuthi, Guwahati and the concern person is Mr H. Deka. He told me to contact repeatedly for this matter and he also told me that the report will come after 10 days regarding the complain in branch.So please do the needful as I realise my Rs. 25000/- as early as posible.

hi,i am customer in sbi since 14 may 2009 i m going to atm in 5000 but not recive in cash and account debited i m many complaince in sbi but not responce in kalavad sbi (10982)branch maneger my complaince no. is CC[protected]

SBI ATM — CASH NOT DISPENSED BUT ACCOUNT DEBITED
I WENT TO PUNE AND I MADE TWO TRANSACTION OVERTHERE ONE WITH STATE BANK OF MAHARASHTRA ADN ANOTHER WITH DENA BANK by using my SBI ATM card. BOTH ATM SHOWS THAT "unable to process " but when i checked my account in delhi i found that 2000 rupees deducted from my account.1000 with SBOM and 1000 with dena bank
what to do please help

I already communicated to HDFC customer care the concern person is Ms Praveena & my complaint number CHN044579 . She told me to contact after 12 working days for this matter.So please do the needful.

It has happen same with me, always SBI ATM has problem with out of service, so i prefer to go some other ATM, then we will face this problrm, now technology is very fast then also government dont want take advantage of this, coz of this costumer face this problem

where to get this information.

Dear Sir/Madam,This with reference to above subject, My name is Sridhar M, having account
at State bank of India, Hosur road branch, Banglore with savings A/c No
[protected]. On 13/07/2010 aroung 5 - 6 PM, I was tried to withdraw the
sum amount of 3000.00 at Karnataka bank Ltd ATM bearing code is KBL08050 located at
Naganathapura branch. unfortunately ATM machine was not dispensed the
cash and trasaction slip, but money was debited from my account,
immediately i visited near by Karnata bank Ltd, naganathapura branch and informed to one of staff. The
staff guided me to lodge a complaint in my branch, i have done the same,
but still i am not received my money back. Kindly help me in this regard.
Here by I am attaching my account statement for the date of trasaction for
your reference.

I have a account in sbi balanagar branch and also i have taken debit card.My Account Number is: [protected].on 3rd august[protected], i withdraw money 9000/ rupees with sbi debit card from axis bank atm it is located at Mothi Nagar(Hyderabad) unfortunatley the atm machine link is strucked after enter the amount,But i didn""t get amount. at the same time amount is debited from my account please find the problem and solve it.SBI — ATM Transaction Debit from Account Without Dispense of Money
On 28th October 2008 I tried thrice to withdraw amount from ICICIBank ATM(Pashan Sus Road Pune) but the amount was not dispensed the ATM machine said Unable to process the Amount was = Rs.1020+Rs.920+Rs.920 = Rs.2860, I had lodged several complaints to my account branch but i have yet not received any amount back, Now as per RBI rule i a bank fail to pay back the amount in 12days also pay Rs.100per day from that, is there someone in SBI who listens to customer complaints and revert on the same.Look at the patience i have shown kindly consider my patience and refund my money and also pay me the penalty SBI is liable to pay. Now from 28th October SBI is also liable to pay Rs.100per day as per RBI rule. Hi,
