[Resolved]  SBI Bank — amount wrongly debited

My State Bank of India Account No [protected] TEGHARIA RAGUNATHPUR BRANCH CODE:8735. I have used ATM SBI BANK on 09.2.2013 TIME:10:49, TERMINAL:S[protected], TXN NO:5722, RESPONSE CODE0099 For Rs 11500/- Cash WithDrawal But i could not received the cash it. But Amount Debited From My Account. .
I informed SBI Branch l with written Application Regarding problem & Payment DEBITED From My Account. But Still Since16 DAY'S PASSED AWAY I COULD NOT RECEIVED CASH TILL YET & NO PROPER RESPONSE GIVEN BY STATE BANK OF INDIA REGARDING MY CASH. Kindly Return My Total Cash As Soon As Posssible

SBI Bank Complaints — Amount wrongly debited from my account

Dear Sir,
I am state bank of India ATM card holder Muralipriyan A.N. a/c no. [protected], and card no[protected].

I hold my account madurai city ranch, madurai.

My account has been debited by 500 on date 23/12/08 from State bank atm at Saidapet Bazaar branch Chennai Branch code-2266.

Due to machine fault i did not take any money and even i did not receive the slip also.But on the same day i came to know that Rs.500 extra has been deducted from my account.I have made a complaint to saidapet branch manager. They informed me that they will send a letter to madurai city branch to credit my deducted amount.I got aletter after ten days from madurai city branch for fill up the transaction details.
I filled up the application and gave it to madurai city branch deputy manger in person.But i have not received my debited amount into my account.Whenever I am visiting my madurai city branch i will ask the reason they told to give duplicate copy of the application to take steps to credit my amount.Already five months passed away, still i have not received my debited amount into my account.

Sir I request you take any action on them. And end resolve the complaint of no received of cash and receipt from State Bank atm of Muralipriyan A.N. as early as possible.
