    Dear Sir,


    Subject: Request for Strict Compliance of Sanction Letter with regard to charging of interest rate since inception of Housing Loan.

    Ref:- Housing Loan A/c No.[protected] in the name of Mr. Rohit Dhir, Sh. Vijay Kumar Dhir and Smt. Shashi Kiran Dhir.

    This has reference to my Housing Loan A/c No.[protected] taken from SBI Bank, Branch 63, Noida, for the amount of Rs.16,27,000/-. I could never understand the mechanism of charging interest on the loan amount and for understanding the same, I approached Branch Manager. After my discussion with the Branch Manager and from the perusal/analysis of statements of my Loan account, I understand and reach to the crux that instead of charging fixed rate of interest i.e.8.5% for first year, I have/had been charged with higher rate from time to time. The same was agreed by the Bank Officials as well.

    As per clause 2(a) of the Sanction letter dated 24th January, 2011, Interest rate for the first three years should be charged in the following manner:-

    Ist Year from the date of disbursement (till Anniversary date of the loan) 8.50% p.a. (Fixed)

    For Next Two years 9.25% p.a. (Fixed)

    Thereafter - Variable (as per market rate)

    From the perusal of above, it is amply clear that interest should be charged as stated in the Sanction letter but sorry to my situation, I do not find the same is complied with and floating rate is charged in the first year (as per market rate) instead of charging fixed rate of 8.5% p.a which is wrong, unjustifiable and unlawful and required to be corrected with immediate effect.

    Further, would like to humbly request that extra interest charged should be adjusted against my loan liability.

    Hope, the grievance will be appreciated and quick resolution is expected. Just to highlight that till date, whatever amount I am paying as my EMI, major portion of the same is going as interest due to which my principal amount is not reducing in the proportion as mentioned in the sanction letter. This is causing serious mental tension and financial hardship for a salaried class person like me. Please appreciate that due to this reason only, I am helpless and unable to plan any other household expenditures and cannot allocate the restricted fixed income for other purposes.

    The above facts and situation has already been discussed with concerned Branch Manager and other officials through chain of Mails, wherein I have stated everything in detail. I also met Branch Manager and given requests in writing to him. I must say that he has very well appreciated my concern and stood by me after understanding my bonafide in the matter. The said mail conversation and application given to Branch Manager are attached herewith for your kind reference and perusal.

    I am very hopeful that my request for strict compliance of the sanction letter will be accepted and correction in this regard will be made very quickly.

    I am sure that an esteemed organization/institution like State Bank of India (“The Flagship of India Banking”), who always cares for their customer’s interest and benefit, will ever let down the hope of its customer.

          I have made a payment transaction to MHA-Inteligence bueaur - for examination on 15Th. Please check the transaction

          bellow.

          I have tried to contact for the branch for the statement enquiry to realse. But no one picked the call. The

          examination online submit date as on 17th. Two times i called the customer care. But they are telling with the

          reference number they cant find the details. and wid the account number they can see the transaction happen on that

          day.

          Now I worried my two friends applied for exam now they are in trouble for they can take the exam or not. Form this

          serivce.. they cant write the exam if MHA is not allowing them. i contacted them for the issue they told payment is

          not yet done. Now please tell me what we are going to do if this happens.

          If I am paying for my friends.. if that transaction hold atleast branch people can contact us right.

          and worst case is.. i m trying to contact them for thier number and they are not answering any call..

          Please now tell me.. is that the service ur providing for the customer.

          And that to MHA only takes the online transaction from SBI.. now u tel me what i have to do??????

          State Bank of India — Online Payment

          Dear Sir,

          I am shashank shrivastava having a savings account in State Bank of India (Bhilai,Chhattisgarh). I am in a problem by making online payment through SBI.
          On 17Sep 2010 i made a online transaction to apply for a test , the site on which i went to register for test provide a option for online payment using debit cards or internet banking. I have made the payment through SBI Internet Banking now the problem is money (699 Rs. fee for the test) is deducted from the bank but when i open my account in the site of that test it shows i have not made the payment. I have all the relevant proofs to show for proper transaction.
          Please tell me what should i do.

            Hi,

            MY name is vijayababu and I have been using SBI's credit card [protected]. Last month statement my outstanding was 16,881.18,but i have paid 16,000 wiht in yhr due date. This month statements is

            01/02/2013 AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD. MUMBAI IN 740.00 Dr.
            04/02/2013 NEFT PAYMENT 16000.00 Cr.

            15/02/2013 TOTAL GST DEBIT FOR CURRENT STMT 90.87 Dr.
            15/02/2013 FIN CHARGE ON RETAIL (EXCL GST 90.87) 735.25 Dr.

            I was charged for =Fin Charge on Retail (Rs 735.25) Taxes (90.87)= Rs825.62. This is humongous amount charged for last outstanding Rs 881.18
            When I inquired about the charges he said it's 3.35%/per month on the due amount and that comes to Rs 29.51/-, but he also said that the bank charged for 16,881.18 not even for 881.Any how the charged amount for mismatched with the total outstanding 16,881.18 original interest amount is 565.51,but they stated 735.25.

            This is highly unjustifiable as such a fine print detail is never communicated to the customer and it appears like a fraudulent charge for those who may not know this. I think the consumer court should take strict action on this part as SBI credit Card is charging all this without even notifying the customer via SMS/Call or Email.

            For me, it was really a painful experience because I never thought that treated like this, knowing the fact that I had never defaulted on any payment in the past and always paid the full amount on time. I'm really disappointed with the treatment here and If I don't get the justice now, I'll never use this card again. This is a real shame for the entire SBI Credit Card fraternity.

            Hope that justice prevails here and I do get wavier for that charges considering my past records and circumstances.

                i have purchase a personal loan from HDFC BANK / PL NO[protected] IN APRIL 2011. AFTER A MONTH HDFC BANK INFORMED ME FOR BOUNCING MY CHEQUE. AFTER THAT I HAVE PAID THROUGH CASH. AND I SUBMITTED A MANDET FORM TO SBI. AFTER THAT THE BOUNCING PROCESS CONTUNIED FOR SEVERAL MONTH.AND THEY WERE TOLD ME THAT THE PROBLEM IS AT HDFC BANK END.

                AFTER A MONTH LATER THE SBI BRANCH ASST. MGR (TO WHOM I HAVE SUBMITTED MY MANDET) CHECKING A OPTION IN THE COMPUTER AND IN THE NEXT MONTH MINE EMI STARTED THROUGH AUTO TRANSFERRED.
                DURING THESE PERIODS MINE SALARY ACCOUNT HAVING SUFFICIENT FUND.AND I HAVE COMPLETED ALL THE DOCUMENTS PROCESS DURING PURCHASING LOAN.
                NOW HDFC BANK ASKED ME FOR LATE FINE/ ALSO MY CIBIL IMPACT DUE TO BOUNCING, I AM NOT ELIGABLE TO PURCHASE A LOAN.

                SUGGEST ME, AM I DEFAULTER OR SBI / HDFC.

                HELP ME IN THIS REGARDS TO IMPROVE CIBIL SCORE AS WELL AS EXCEMPTION FROM LATE PAYMNET FINE.

                    I Vini Garg bearing SB a/c no.[protected] used my ATM card on 24th April,2012 at 1048 hrs in City Union Bank ATM, Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu through Ref no.[protected] and ATM ID : CUBFI444 for Rs. 2500 .But unfortunately due to "TIME OUT" I could not get neither the above amount nor the receipt. But the above mentioned amount had been debited from my a/c as shown in my passbook entry. I had also lounged a written complaint at my branch on 28th April 2012 and on 19th Nov.2012 and made so many follow ups with bank but all the attempts became fruitless. I also lounged the complaint to the customer service 5 times but then also no result came till now.I am helpless. please help me out.

                      sir we want the details of an vrs employee of an state bank of india ,his name ks.mahalingam he got an vrs in the year of 2004 at karur ssi branch ,regarding that we have send a request to statebank of india head office chennai but they have replied we dont know,the particular person want to gave some amount to us ,we are searching through many places but he is an ex-employee of an sbi.but the head office didnt tell his information,atpresent he is getting pension also so please arrange it for his present contact detail through sbi.

                        SBI CREDIT CARD FRAUD ISSUE:

                        I am victim of credit card fraud of SBI. an amount of 47734 INR was transacted from my credit card. As soon as i received SMS alert i reverted bakc immediately to SBI CCD to block the card and block the transaction also. But i could not find any action taken by SBI to prevent the fraud instead of that SBI concludes that the paerticular transaction had happened by CVV, DOB, Password method of transaction.

                        SBI finally closed my dispute case and not able to reolve the same. when ever i give a complaint about the issue i get auto generated mail which indicates that they shall revert back in 3 days or 5 days but there is no proper resonse from their side.

                        I also insisted SBI to provide the merchant complete details (like merchant name , what product he sold , to whom it was sold, when , IP address of th transaction) but they failed to do the same.

                        regarding my case SBI is very irresponsible which really disappoints me a lot. I have put all my efforts like ( compplaint to banking ombudsmann, police complaint , informing to cyber cell etc).

                        kindly anybody please suggest me how i have to resolve this case.

                        State Bank of India - Credit Card — Credit Card Dues

                        Every month I am receiving an SMS through my Mobile Phone No [protected] stating that some amount is outstanding against my SBI Credit Card and the latest one that I received to day which is reproduced below:

                        Quote:
                        Your Statement dt 02-Dec -09 has been dispached.Total amt due of Rs.1059.30 or min amt of Rs.325.08is payable by 22 Dec 09 - SBI Card.
                        Unquote
                        Sofar I have not reced any statement from them. Though I received a credit card from them I never used the same. Therefore I am unable to understand what for the amount is charged for. Presently do not remember the Card Number as such.
                        Therefore I request your goodselves to forward the above facts to the concerned and make my position clear at the earliest.

                        Credit Card — Not issuing of Credit Card-All Banks

                        Whenever i applied for a Credit Card, then Banks Executives (HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, City Bank) came to me and collect my all documents regarding my identity proof and photo graph, but when i called to Customer Care regarding my application then they told me that they are unable to forward my application due to some official reason, when i asked about that reason they refuse to told me that on phone and told me to come and visit their head office, when i visited their concern head office, i didn't get any positive response there and they said the same thing that we are unable to tell the reason behind that.When i ask them to return my documents they told me that your documents are with our concern department and we will dispose them.

                        So, Please help me to find out the reason behind not issuing me the Credit card even i have my salary account on HDFC BANK. And i don't have any kind of Fraud record because i just started my job from 2008 and applied first time for credit card.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          1.I am an Navy pensioner retired on 31.08.2001 & drawing my pension from saving bank a/c no.[protected] from SBI Railway Road Branch, Muzaffarnagar, U.P.

                          2.With reference to Muzafarnagar bank replied, that the Service Basic Pension (Rs.8346/-) credited to my account. Where as, Disability Pension not credited to my account since implementation of 6 th. Pay Commissions.

                          3.I have given written complaint to SBI pension manager at Muzaffarnagar on 27.07.2012. I suppose that you might have received the same from the bank.

                          4.My account file no. 000321 & Hereby my old PPO Nos. is as under & copy attached for your ready reference:-
                          a) Service pension PPO No. 09/97/B/S/02506/2001.
                          b) Disability pension PPO No. 09/97/B/D/693/2003.

                          5.In view of the above, I humbly request you to credit my Disability Pension to my pension account. Pl. mention concerned person contact No. E-mail ID for future communication. I shall remain obliged for the same.

                              I just need to know to whom amount is debited?
                              Sir,
                              I paid BRAOU admission fee through my debit card sum of 5750 rupees, but at that time that transaction is successfully completed and 5750 rupees are debit from my account. This 5750 rupees are not received by that particular merchant. So please verify my transaction details. My Transaction number is[protected]

                                I am Capt Subhash Chander Sood living in Sushant Lok-I Gurgaon with my wife : we both are Sr Citizens . On 20th Jan 2013 I had handedover 2 Requisition Slips to State Bank of India's Sushant Lok-I Branch for issuing me 2 separate new Cheque Books against 2 separate SBa/Cs , as old one may be fully consumed soon . Since then I have been requesting them personally as well through letters and by emails but surprisingly neither their Chairman nor their Branch where we have 2 SBa/cs for 10 years have cared or bothered to either reply or deliver new cheque books so far although 24 days have passed .

                                savings bank cheque book — non receipt of cheque book after 10 days of requisition

                                Requisition for the cheque book was placed in the drop box of the Pune, Aundh Branch on the 5th.June, 2009.Till date the same has not been received and which is very urgently required.
                                Immediater action may please be taken.

                                Cheque — Non receipt of cheque by banker

                                Dear sir.,

                                I have sent a cheque to HDFC bank located at Kodambakkam thro Deck no RPT 468887on 03.03.10. As per your website it has been stated as DELIVERED on 04.03.10 but unfortunately my banker says he has received the payment yet and so myself get caught in penalty. Kindlt let me know the real status before the end of 12.03.10, if really delivered request you to attach proof.

                                ICICI customer care has sent me a mail, stating that cheque books asked for by me have been
                                couriered to my address on 4.4. or 5.4.10. Today is 9.4.10. Local delivery should not take more than
                                a day. I am worried. I would like to get immediate answer from ICICI

                                a/ whether the cheques were really couriered
                                b/ where is the cover now
                                c/ who is the courier? what is tel number
                                d/ why the courier is taking these many days
                                e/ when I would get the cheque books?

                                the dates mentioned for the requisition submitted is yet to come overlooking that there can be varrious aspect due to which the same may not been processed .

                                Signature wrong or not present
                                KYC details not updated.
                                As i can see that you being a retd army men so it might be a little difficult to visit branch often.however i can suggest please visit the branch with the id proof and addressproof and passbook/chqbook. in person so that if there is any glitch than that can be taken care and chq issue process can be moved further.

                                  I don't understand what you say and what you mean. Apart from harassing people I don't find any help or assistance on our problems and specially this happens in your branch.

                                  1st My father went to SBI-Salkia Branch with all xerox and original copy of below documents and someone said , Ask your SON to send one email with below details.
                                  I send the mail and got the reply saying need all the document in the branch...

                                  immediately visit the branch where you hold the account alongwith an id proof and address proof and a photo. provide a new specimen of signature to branch and confirm the upload from branch. total time needed to finish things shall not be more than 10-15 min.
                                  though it might sound ridiculous to get the documentation done again.. but this is the fastest way to resolve the issue.
