i have an account at the Edakkara Branch of SBT from nov 2007. i applied for the atm card at the time when i opened the NRE accont there. but i didn't recieve my atm card till jan 2010 wef 2007 Nov. unfortunately the bank informed me that my PIN is not arrived, and i still didn't receive it. what can i do to use my atm card? will you please grant me a duplicate PIN?
