Sir, My daughter Miss. Prateeksha Venugopal have an account in SBI, Sec-3, New panvel branch ( A/C No. [protected]). The account is used for her educational purpose only. After paying cheque for her Tuition fee, the balance was Rs. 26180/- at the date of 2 June 2011, after that she withdrawn Rs. 7000/ from the account through ATM on16 06.11 she didn't get transaction slip from ATM. Then on 19 Nov 2011 she given a Rs. 10000/- cheque to her institute that cheque was get bounced. after that we updated her passbook we came to know that there are four ATM transactions are made in the month of June 2011 transactions are as follows. 1st on 10 -6-11 Rs. 10000/- from ATM 3494 SBI sector1 Vashi, 2nd on 13-06-11 Rs. 3500/- ATM 4523 HDFC bank New Panvel, 3rd on 23-06-11 ATM 59 AXIS bank Raigarh, and 4th is on 26-06-11 Rs. 1500/- ATM 1053 KMB Vashi) . She is telling that she was not withdrawn any money from the ATM on above mentioned period and also she didn't given the ATM card to any body. We approach the bank they told us that, already more than six month passed the period for the complaint is over. If you want You can complaint in police but there no chance to get it back. Till the date we not done any complaint in police. My questions are, is it possible to withdraw the money from ATM without proper ATM card or PIN number ?, If any possibilities to get the lost amount to back. what can I do for get it back?, It is my request to give me a proper advise & proper way to solve the problem. And do the necessary actions for solve the problem. I am waiting for your valuable advice & action.
