[Resolved]  SBI Bank Bangalore — SBI ATM transaction

Hello Sir,

I having the saving account with SBI –electronics city.

On 10th of August 2009, there was one ATM withdraw done at Paramakudi for Rs 1500/- But it was deducted the Twice (1500+1500). Please find the Narration detais in the netbanking

This was only one transaction which has happened in 10th of August.
Regarding this i have send so many mails to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in. But there is not a even single reply i got. i was frustrated and raised Complaint and tickets number is CC[protected]. But unfortunately there is no reply/action the same.
Finally in the month of october i went to the bank personelly i met the manager and complained about the same thing. He told that he had sent the details to Paramakudi SBI bank and he would be updating the same to me . But I didn't get my money back or any valid reason for the same.

I am tried of calling SBI now. could you help me to get my money back.
