This is my second compliant, where I have not received any reply from SBI.

I again briefing that, on 01/11/2009 I have not used my ATM Debit Card the there are many transaction had been happened. The details are as under:"
On 01/11/2009 ...ATM Purchase .............Rs. 1200-00
01/11/2009 ..ATM .Cash withdrawal ......Rs. 3000-00
01/11/2009 ...ATM Cash withdrawal........Rs. 3000-00
03/11/2009....ATM Cash withdrawal........Rs. 4000-00
The Total amount is Rs.11,200/-(Rs. Eleven Thousand Two hundred only)
I have given the compliant to Branch, where I have not received any reply.
I requested them to see the camara and check the purchase made to which shop,
but they are not obliged.
I reqeust your goodself to check the account and reverse the amount at the earliest.
In case if it is still delay, for not getting the reply, I may have to file a case in the customer court, and I will also inform to General manager, SBI , Bombay.

This is to write that, I have not used my ATM card for purchase and Cash Withdrawls on the dates / details are mentioned as under:
01/11/2009 ....purchase..........Rs.1200/-
01/11/2009......ATM withdraw... Rs.3000/-
01/11/2009......ATM withdraw... Rs.3000/-
03/11/2009......ATM withdraw....Rs.4000/-
Total Rs..11200/=
The above transactions are not made by me. It is done by DUPLICATE CARD.
A total amount of Rs.11200/= has been debited in my account.
I REQUEST YOURGOOD SELF TO FINDOUT, and reverse the amount.
I had also informed the Branch. but no action is taken.
