i have opened 45 days before my salary account in sbi (kacharakanahalli) branch.i have given two address ,my house address and my company office address .but my company closed their office due to some reason. i asked to manager regarding ATM card that branch manager tolds me that we send ur atm card company office address but ur office was close .and they (b....y f...r) send atm card return to delhi without inform us.i am asking last 30 days when i ll get my atm card ,they tolds me it will come very soon.help me regarding this metter.......... i allready registered one complain regarding this metter 15 days b4 in sbi customer care and complain number is CC[protected] Was this information helpful? |
Since I am the Employee of SBI let me clear you the rules regarding ATM card delivery.
Since you were opted to recieve your ATM card on Office address but your office address was changed hence the ATM could not be delivered to you.

According to rules.
What happens when the Card is Undilivered to customers address it goes to local post office. They retain it for 7 days.Then they send that Undelivered ATM card to the Place from which it came from i.e. THE ATM switch centre.you can term it as our ATM head office. They retain that Undilivered ATM for 7 days and after that they send that ATM to the Branch were you have open your SBI a/c.
This is the Procedure.
It takes almost 20 to 25 days if your ATM isundilivered to reach your local SBI Branch.
Now you can Claim your ATM card from ur A/c holding SBI Branch.
don't forget to change ur address in our System.
