[Resolved]  SBI Bank Rewa City Branch (4667) — late work and non responsive

i hold account in rewa citi (4667) branch of state bank of india, with A/C no [protected].
my name is pranav jha.
i have subbmitted the pension order and filled up required form to the branch manager by hand with the response positive but its 2 months now and still i havnt received any payment..
kindly help me or look out in the matter.
also the behavior of bank is rude toward common people and they help only the people recommended
