[Resolved]  SBI Car Loan — Harassment in sanction of loan

I had applied for a loan on Tuesday 14.03.09, the papers were sent on 23.03.09 after thorough screening by the Customer Executive of Nizamuddin branch of the bank. We were later asked to submit any address proof except the Election voting ID card as the bank believes it to be easily forged. We promptly gave telephone bills, in person. Now again the loan is put on hold without telling us or even the customer executive of our branch about the reason. We have submitted a complaint on the sbi website however they ask for a month's time before moving up to the ombudsman. My query is that it being very easy to secure loan from any private bank, why would any customer stand this harassment? Please take strict action against these babus.
