I HAVE PAID MY CREDIT CARD DUES THROUGH PAYNET ONLINE FOR AN AMOUNT RS.10000/- THROUGH ICICI BANK.

TRANSACTION REF NO. IS MICI[protected] dtd 28.01.2010 time 12:16:01

I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM PAYNET NOR THE SAME IS REFELECTED IN THE PAYMENT HISTORY. MOREOVER, THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY SAVING BANK A/C OF ICICI BANK AND THE ONLINE CONFIRMATION RECEIPT INDICATES “TRANSACTION FAILURE” WHEREAS ON SCREEN IT WAS DISPLAYED AS “SUCCESSFUL”



IT IS REQUESTED TO PLEASE CLARIFY THE ABOVE ANAMOLY AND STREAM LINE THE SYSTEM SO AS TO AVOID CONFUSIONS/MISTRANSACTIONS IN FUTURE.
