Dated 12.08.2010 SBI CARD Customer Correspondence Unit DLF Infinity Tower C, 12th Floor Block 2, Building 3 DLF Cyber City Gurgaon – 122002 ( Haryana ) Sub : - Discontinue my Credit Card Card No [protected] Dear Sir, You are requested to kindly cancel my credit card in the name of M.K. Mittal.I have never used this card, but you are sending me a Statement with addon crd fee . In sipite of doing all the things I am not getting the Statement. So, I am feb up with this service . Hope my card will be cancelled on priority. Kindly inform me the status of cancellation of my card at an earliest Thanking You M.K. to continue the credit card no -[protected]. So, Please be
treated it discontinue immediately. Cards will be sent after hearing
from your side. Further to note that I have no outstanding dues & I shall not pay any further amount in this regard.
