[Resolved]  Sbi Cheque Deposited — 18 DAmount Withdrawal from acct18 Days Before clearance

respected sir/ madam
my name is DILEEP KUMAR SINGH, I have an account of my name in SBI BANK (KURLA BRANCH) in grd flr Pakija Appartment LBS Marg Kurla (W) Mumbai 400070.,the acct no is- [protected].
i have deposited a cheque of 1408/= rs in SBI Employee Name Of Abhishekh Mahadik and Contact No. [protected] is Abhishekh on dated 02/01/2010.(cheque no- 989338,SBI flr Pakija AppartmentLBS Marg Kurla (W) Mumbai 400070.
even i have got a sms from BT-SBI of recieving of cheque to my mob ([protected]) from date 17/12/09,
now the problem is that the amount has withdrawn from the partys account ON DATED 2/1/2010, bt i dont have even any record of such cheque and payment in my sbi account.
WHEN I VISITED THE MY kurla BANK BRANCH , the manager Abhishekh Mahadik says we cant do any thing, enen they dont have any record of cheque in there records,
