I am sure that you will be surprised to see the reply letter sent by DGM (O & C) -Kol's letter No. DGM / 0 & C / NW-1 / AB / 5277 dated[protected]See Attachment) in response to my appeals referred by you quoted under references at above consuming NINE months to understand the request made. DGM (O & C) has enclosed a statement sent by CPPU which is a preproduction of pension drawn in my favor from 10-08-07 to 27-11-09 already available at my Pension SBI A/c's Book.

Being a Hemaparasis Disabled (60%), Retd. CGS, right side of body fully paralyzed, cannot move out side to attend any office, I had requested to send me the detail calculations made in respect of fixation of my pay in terms of recommendations made by 6th CPC and accepted by GoI during Septr'08 and balance payment Septr'09.

In view of above you are requested to send details as requested vide my letters during past nine months and oblige. Incidentally I had never made a Complain as mentioned in said letter but simply requested to send details on account of my indisposition. However a sweeping reply will not serve any purpose.
