[Resolved]  Sbi Cppc, Chandani Chowk, New Delhi — Wrong fixation of pension

I am writing on behalf of Wg Cdr Mohinder Pal Singh(5099) IAF who is settled abroad. With his actual qualifying service of 28.5 years ( date of commssion as 28 Feb 1956 and date of retirement as 13 Sep 1984) with weightage is 33 years and as per GOI letter dated 21 May 2009 his pension should be fixed at Rs 25,700.00p.m. wef 01 Jan 2006 under Pay Band -4 and applicable DR from time to time.His pension account is with SBI, Subroto Park Branch. You are requested to fix his pension correctly and pay arrears as per revised pension.
