SBI - Credit Card — Worst Bank & Employees Too..
I want to bring your kind attention to a very serious concern of mine to you.
I have a credit card of State Bank of India (SBI), Card no. [protected], for which I haven’t received any statement since last three months and I received a call from SBI Customer Service regarding payment of the outstanding amount when I told him that please first send the statement then only I will be able to pay the due amount. But he started indulging in an unwanted argument with me.
1) He disconnected the call and called up again from his personal mobile no. and started abusing me and threatened to kill me & my family as he also mentioned he have my full address & details with him.
2) The thing which hurt me a lot is that he used very very pathetic & bad remarks against my mother and no son in this world can bear anything against her mother. Due to which I am really tensed and concerned about my safety & my family’s safety as well.

So I Request you to investigate & take appropriate Action against the person involved in this.
