[Resolved] SBI Credit Cards — Regarding SBI Card number 4317 XXXX XXXX 9138 | |
I hold SBI credit card. On 24th september, 2008 I observed that there were some 8 transactions of 34660 which were not done by me. I immediately raised dispute regarding the same. In Oct month, they reversed one of the transaction, but rest of those are still not reversed and they are levying financial charges and late payments. Now there is an outstanding of 40000 . I am not sure why rest of the transactions were not reversed till now when they were on the same date and same kind of transactions. Was this information helpful? | |

i am holding a credit card bearing no.[protected], though i had given the change of address and the other requirement also, i am not been delivered with the statements from the last more than six months and also my credit card has been expired and i couldn't received the new one, it has been informed to the helpline executive under query, but they assured me that they will deliver the same with in ten days and its has more than a month now, every time i am calling to the query numbers and asking the balance and paying the appropriate amounts, though i am confused what to do with it, without the card and the statements i am completely be put in dark, help me.
Please you cancel my credit card with immediate effect and get me reply soon . Thanks.

kindly cancle my SBI VISA PLATINUM Card number [protected] and issue a fresh card with new number because some body know my card number and my security code also. For this I feel unsecured every time. My all outstanding balance can be transfer in my new account.
