[Resolved]  SBI Credit Cards — Credit Card Billing although not used a single time

After receiving my credit call i received a call from SBI they offered me a mediclaim policy which i was not interested in and asked not to send me such things, even then i received a policy from Royal Sundram.The customer care executive had told me that the policy is for free and no premium was to be paid, but the policy stated amount of Rs.4000/- which reflected in my next bill. I called up the customer care and asked to cancle the policy (well within the specified time given for cancllation), even then i was surprised to see the amount in my bill. i logged a complian with the customer care, but to my surprise i was informed that the policy was not yet canclled and would be canclled after my request, so i asked them to do so. Further, i was also informed that the amount would be waived, which eventually did not happen. I asked the customer care to block my card. then for around 8 months i did not receive any statement. Suddenly i started getting calls from SBI legal, Delhi for payment this lasted for 10 days and stopped suddenly as it satrted. then after 3-4 months i got call from SBI's recovery agency from Pune and they said they wanted to close the matter and asked me to pay Rs.800/- against the o/s Rs.6000/- (which got accummulated overthe period of time), but no one showed up to collect the amount. After around 1 month another agency called up (they had no idea of the acency which had previously called me up), the calls contunied for 4 days and stopped. Recently, again i started getting calls now this was the third agency. Im fedup of all this stupid things. Also, they have hired such people who are good for nothing and start arguing- for instance- I was trying to explain that i havent used this card for a single time and im not liable to pay the amount, the lady on th other side argued saying 'then why havent you used it so you have to pay because to have not used it' - god save them.
The last time i got a call the executive informed me that the outstanding was not on account of the Mediclaim policy but was the expenditure incurred by SBI on transport, telephone bills and executive salary for following up with me for the payments - now thats pathetic.
Now i dont know what to do.
