[Resolved] SBI Credit Cards — Wrong information by SBI agent | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I applied for a SBI credit card and submitted the application form with relevant documents to your executive(Mr Anirban).Today I received a call from SBI for verifying the information submitted in the documents.Previously I was told by MS Mimi Saha that the card comes for free and I'll have to pay Rs 499 in the second year only if I donot use the card at all within a year.But after the initial verification was done,I was told that I must submit Rs 499 initially and would get it back in the second year if I purchase items worth Rs 75,000. Obviously,I am not ready to submit any fee for getting a credit card when a lot of other companies are offering it free without any hidden cost.I have already told this to your executive.I tried to contact their numbers,but no one received the call.I don't know where to send the request for cancellation and what is the process.Please help.
