My credit Card Application has been declined .

I have asked the reason for the rejection and I got a mail with out any details. I want to know the particular reason why it is declined. So that I can rectify that and apply for the new card.
I had received a call from the customer care asking for my office designation and after that I dint received any mails or calls. So after some days when I contacted the customer care they said to me the card is rejected. If SBI is rejecting the card application you have to properly intimate the applicants with proper reasons.
From whence I raised my request for a feedback (Nov 30 2012 to be exact) on my application, innumerable calls from your customer service personnal has only been a waste of my own time, where nothing has been told to me except that "the reason for the rejection of my credit card application cannot be revealed".
As per "Master Circular on Credit Card Operations of Banks" and Right to Information Act published by RBI (circular DBOD. No. Leg. BC. 65/09.07.005/2006-07 dated March 6, 2007), I have every right and under legal cover to be furbished with a justification for your rejection of my credit card application.
