[Resolved] SBI Debit Card — SBI not providing merchant details

I observed three POS transactions in my bank statement, which i really couldnt recollect from where i did the transaction. I went to my bank and asked their help. Branch manager answer was really pathetic, he say i cant trace the transaction from which shop you did. Transactions shows for three amount Rs. 2327, Rs 1279 and again Rs 1279 . He just provided the bank statement, which i have already have in my pass book. My concern is if they can provide the merchant name i cound have coordinated with merchant and resolve the problem.
