[Resolved]  SBI Debit Card — Money deducted falsely

Debit card — false deduction of money

hello,

i swiped my ATM card on 1/12/09 at vidyanagar branch, on my first swipe i dint get the money and i had swiped for the second time got the money of Rs1700 , but i have noticed in the transaction slip that there is deduction of money from account even for the first swipe which i dint actually.

swiped my ATM/Debit card at lucknow(uttar pradesh) on 06/01/2010. Due to some network issues(timed out), the transaction failed, and I made a cash payment of Rs 200.00, but the same amount is deducted from my saving account.
I wrote to SBI customer care, and even spoke to some representative there, they accepted that this is due to some technical error and told that it normally takes 7days to refund the money, but since then I haven't heared anything from their side.
