[Resolved]  SBI Debit Card — IOB ATM MALFUNCTION

Dear Sir,
On 21Sep'09 between 1140 to 1210hrs I operated IOB ATM machine at Vigyan Nagar Bangalore. I operated machine for withdrawing Rs.1000/- but machine confirmed transaction completed without actually dispensing amount withdrawn. The same error was noticed by all customers on date. My SBI Saving Bank account No is[protected].
You are requested to transfer same amount to my account since transaction had error due to machine malfunctioning.

I am using SBI debit card for last 6 yaers and due to wear and tear it is not working / not scanning. My card No. is[protected] .
My cell no. is [protected]. Requesting to send a new card as soon as possible.
