[Resolved]  SBI Debit Card — Loss of debit card

My mother lost her debit card while traveling from Haridwar to Delhi enroute on 20/7/09 at around 4 AM. I have contacted call center twice to report loss of the card and they have reverted saying that they can't give me a confirmation number immediately as there is a technical glitch in the systems. Please immediately block the card.
