The best option is not deal with SBI. That organization has grown too muh to respond to the individual customer complaints/issues. All those staff is interested is simply sitting/chatting/monthly getting.

sbi online trading account with sbi is a mess. You call customer care no use . I do not understand what kind of people are sitting there. You receive papers from them with no instructions. You cant contact anybody in case anything is wrong. I[censored] open a demat account with sbi you regret sooner or later why SBI not take action on consumer complains
started trading with sbi securities.was a complete beginer. got a complete shock. for example if i had traded rs. 10/- had lost rs. 2 then my balance should be rs. 8 correct. but the balance shows rs. 6 or 5 or 4. have downloaded the account closure form and would be closing this account soon. their trading platform also looks primitive and folks from the stone age would also hate it.
