[Resolved] SBI, Dum Dum (br. code 2054) Branch — Not issuing bank statement | |
Dear Sir/Madam I am a saving bank account holder (jointly with my wife) (account no. [protected]) of State Bank of India Dum Dum Branch (Br. code 2054). I work outside west bengal and my residence at Dum Dum. I need a bank statement of last six months for Visa clearance. My wife who is presently staying in West Bengal went to the above mentioned branch of SBI to get this bank Statement since i was out of station at that time. She was outrightly denied when she asked for this bankstatament.When i got this information from my wife over telephone i called the bank immediately & wanted to speak to the Bank Manager.A reply came that Bank Manager has gone outside the Bank while my wife who was in the bank at that time told that the Bank manager is sitting in front of her. This kind of irresponsible behaivior is highly objectiionable. Please see into this matter so that i can get the Bank Statement at the earliest.
