[Resolved] SBI Housing Loan — Provisional Certificate for the[protected]

Sir, Myself and my spouse have taken a housing loan from SBI Ganapathy branch located at coimbatore, tamilnadu india effective from 21-Mar-2009, took last debit on Sep-23-2009.Account #[protected]. We have paid an interest of Rs 35,100.00 so far. When I requested Provisional Certificate-1009-10 with breakup of the Principal amount and Interest for the amount at SBI Ganapathy branch, they denied it, issued only normal account statement which is not acceptable by my employer.
