IRCTC have approached me over Telephone about SBI Railway Card and accordingly nextday one of IRCTC agent came & collect relevant documents/photograph with the application in Mumbai. He told me Card would be provided within 21 days.Afterthat I have not received any call or issued with SBI Railway Card.I will not be responsible for any transaction/loss made on the card (if issued) since I have not received the Card till now.
