[Resolved] SBI Railway Credit Card — Not taking cancellation request | |||
Dear Sir, I am using the SBI Railway credit card from more than 4 years. I have paid all the dues..Today I have given a call to[protected] , after all entering the details i want to talk with Customer care regarding cancellation status, the automatic machine is saying"your expecting call time is 15 secs but after even 27 minutes they have not yet attempt the customer call. Why these customer care people is taking this much time for attempting the call?..They are wasting the customer valuable time. Please kindly take action for this and do the favor to me.. I have already given the complaints twice to SBI Credit card dept (through phone) regarding cancellation of my card,,they said your complaint has taken and will rectify with in 4 working days one time, and 10 working days second time..Not yet i received any calls from SBI Credit card customer care dept.
