[Resolved]  Sbi - Tour Package Of 6000 — Not asked for the package and started billing

I have not asked for package and started Billing and adding the same .I wriirten a email with all details toSBIcustomer care and no reply on the same from last 6 months but adding the bill. I will not entertain to them unless they reply my mail within time and I have to see that they have accepted my request as there is no reply within 60 days from the complaint to them.

This is total froud and cheating the customers and billing to make money by any way.

I have made complaint in consumer court and SBI will be responsible for wrong billing and offering wrong produucts. Indian Government has to appoint the committe to control such improper way of making money from the Indians by the Indian banks.
