Dear Sir/ Madam,
Yesterday i.e. 30th Oct 2009, I had taken a leave just with a hope that this problem would be rectified thereby incurring a personal loss amounting to one days time and one days salary.
I have not been able to operate this account since January 2009. For this period I am very sure your organisation must have charged service charges from my SBI a/c.
You would agree that its bit too irrational, illogical and grossly unjust that I a carry on incurring losses with the association with SBI cap securities.
I would be delighted if you could be kind enough to provide me with adequate compensation and close my SBI CAP securities at the earliest. I just can not burden myself with further losses.
Kindly convey to your ineffective and inefficient customer support and team at mumbai(specially Vikas & Smita More) that I donot need any help on this.
