Dear Sir,

I made the call today for payment of my purchase

They said they have pending payment

wheil go through the account i find out it's for the Insurance premieum

that i have not asked

when the call transfer to the lady who is looking after that she told that i have asked for and i sghned the form

the form is fill up by the call centre people of the card

they just get the signature and vanished

kindly reimburse and suggest the good issue to continiuously using your card

Sir,

I wish to bring your kind notice that my last payment of Rs.6116 was paid through cheque No. 016915/6.11.07 of SBI, Madurai Agrl. College branch, Madurai. My card was expired on Nov,2007 itself. My last purchase was made on 25.10.07. No purchase was made afterwards. However, I have received the acccount statement on 13.02.2008 for Rs. 839.2. which is not actually incurred on any purchase that too after a lapse of two months. As such I don't have a card after November 2007, how this statement has raised?. This sort o[censored]nrelated and unwarranted statement leads to mental agony and which affects my routine official personal activities. If it repeats I may be forced to go for consumer court. My card number is[protected]

I Partha Chowdhury never applied or received any sbi card till date. Though you are sending bill on my name vide card number [protected]. You could not send bill on my name with out any relation. It is very harassing to me.
If you do not stop it I may take legal action against you.

I have not receavied my monthly stament of my SBI credit Card since six months.I have complained so many times in costomercare but not, also get complaint no, but still yet to receive statement.

Ref. my previous application dated[protected] by which I have surrendered your SBI Card No.[protected] and handed over in four pieces with a Bank Draft No. 951056 dtd 30.1.05 in original to your representative of M/s City Collection(India) Pvt. Ltd, A-44 Chander Nagar Janakpuri ND.58, Mr. Taranjit Singh (TS)Mobile No. [protected] . as I have never used your sbi card and you send a bank draft for Rs. 7600/- without my need and requesting . after that I have never use any kind of credit card in my life nor will use.

It is not understood why are you sending again and again a balance statement in my name for sbi creadit card No. [protected] which I have never received till date and never interested in credit card.

It is requested once again that as neither I have use your services nor take any type of facility, kindly stop sending this type statement and torturing and not compel to go to consumer court or banking regulatory authority in future.

I have not received monthly statement of SBI credit card for the last seven months. I have already noted my E-mail address at a later stage. Despite this I have not received it on E-mail

I have not received my monthly statements for the past 9 monthhs.
Also I could not able to contact your Customer Care Office through Phonr no. 39020202 though I have tried many times.

I have also requested you many times to send me the Gift articles for my reward points, but there is no reply from your side.

In these Circumstances I feel that it may not be a advantageous to me to use your Credit Card.

Hence i request you to kinly reply to all my queries.

Though I have paid my due in time I was chareged unfair interest and fine, The card feed also charged inspite of they told free while isueeing.

SBIcard — un-neccessary charges

CREDIT CARD NO. [protected]
With my cheque No. 634855 dtd. 14.08.2008 for Rs.15, 457.00, I had clearly asked to close my card with immedaite effect. The amount due was only Rs. 15, 401.58. The amount sent was in excess of the outstanding . I have neither the Card to use as its since EXPIRED. Still I am getting statements of pending dues and have even paid a further amount of Rs. 907.72, by cheque no. 634897 credited on. 09.09.2008. Will you please ensure that the charges debited to me in excess are refunded back to me.

THE MONTHLY STATEMENTS ARE NEVER RECEIVED BY ME AT MY RECORDED ADDRESS IN TIME, RESULTING IN NON VERIFICATION OF MONTHLY EXPENDITURE THROUGH CREDIT CARD. THE INTEREST BURDEN ARE BURDENED ON MY SHOULDER UNNECESSARILY.
