[Resolved]  SBI/home loan — more interest against sanctions

I have taken home loan at fixed rate of interest of 8%pa, but after one year without informing me it raised to 8.25%pa. when i asked from manager of the bank he told me that it is the policy and automatically it will raise after some stipulated time. then i mke online complaint vide CC[protected] on 19.8.10, CC[protected].11.10 & CC[protected].06.11 but i received only yhanks from the site nothing else . so please look into the matter and contact the concerned bank for resolving my issue.
