[Resolved] Sheikh Jamil Ahmad — missing luggage | |
I travelled to Vancouver Canada on 8th august 2010.I booked ticket through Air India and flights were AI 121 From Delhi to Frankfurt and then frankfurt to Vancouver it was Lufthansa LH 492.One of my bags bearing Tag no.[protected] was missing.I lodged complaint with Lufthansa office at Vancouver Airport. From 8th onwards I am contacting daily but not getting any satisfactory reply.Even after 9 days my bag is still not traced.Neither I got any inf. from airline.Tried to contact Air India helpline in Canada and they asked to contact delhi airport and no. given is not responding. my name in amin my track no is ai 454242 and ai 454270 i came form ahemadabd when i pick up my first flight i ask staff of airinda thay say u not need to pick up yo luggaeg form mumbai we transfor yor luggage yo next flight wen i reach to continatil ariline counter they say u hev to pick up yo luggaeg then i go to airindia staff but they say we dont hv staff to send u get yor luggaege n my flight time is done so they say u calaim wen u reach houston then calim for baggege but still i dont get my track wehre is my luggege i dont know so plz handover my luggage to continatel air line so they send to me
