I GOT A MESSAGE .THE MESSAGE IS THAT "CONGRATS YOU HAVE WON G.P.B 200, 000.OO IN THE 2009 (SHELL) INTERNATIONAL MOBILE DRAW, FOR CLAIMS CONTACT MR. ibrahim VIA EMAIL". so kindly inform me whether i should contact them. please reply soon.

i have also got the same kind of sms on 15 April 2009 stating that u hav won shell int'l mobile draw...i request shell to take necessary action against such type of fraud...

i have recieved a sms stating that i have won 200000 GB pounds in shell Intl mobile draw, seeing the contact email address i dont belive its a genuine sms, because shell wont sent any messages from yahoo id or messenger id, so i request to take action against these frauds, and mine is a BSNL number and i request the government not to entertain these frauds to register in BSNL server.
