Here today i had visited to shell petrol bunk near prestige traqunity Mandur
@ 8.58am, there is a worst service which i had today, and also they are demanding to pay for extra services charges as well . and front end services staff s are very rude with customer, there is no respect to anyone . i spoke to one of the duty manager as well, but issue is not yet solved please kindly look into this as soon as possible...

On 10th June at 22:35 hours Shell Gas Station at Chromepet, GST Road, Chennai filled by mistake diesel in my Petrol car. I paid by Paytm for Rs. 500 and that is the evidence. Car No. Is 6768 and CCTV footage can be seen to confirm. The car stopped on road and had to call mechanic to tow the car and even now the car is not ready. I lost time and money and damage to car. My bike (Pulsar 220 DTS-i) was in reserve & I went to the Shell petrol pump in Bommanahalli (2km after Silk-board on Hosur road). I asked them to fill normal petrol full tank and they dispensed 18.7 litres. Usually I tank-up at the Shell petrol pump near Shantinagar where its usually comes to around 17 litres.

I didn't know the capacity of my bike so I emailed Bajaj customer care inquiring about the same. They replied...
