Here today i had visited to shell petrol bunk near prestige traqunity Mandur
@ 8.58am, there is a worst service which i had today, and also they are demanding to pay for extra services charges as well . and front end services staff s are very rude with customer, there is no respect to anyone . i spoke to one of the duty manager as well, but issue is not yet solved please kindly look into this as soon as possible

On 10th June at 22:35 hours Shell Gas Station at Chromepet, GST Road, Chennai filled by mistake diesel in my Petrol car. I paid by Paytm for Rs. 500 and that is the evidence. Car No. Is 6768 and CCTV footage can be seen to confirm. The car stopped on road and had to call mechanic to tow the car and even now the car is not ready. I lost time and money and damage to car. DISCIPLINE
The employee recognizes the right of the SHELL OIL U.K. LIMITED to discipline staff for infringement of company regulations; however the company shall formally discuss with the employee any disciplinary action to be taken thereafter which may result in suspension, termination or dismissal.
CONTRACT TERMINATION
In addition, the company reserves the right to terminate your employment if you flagrantly or repeatedly fails to comply with the company's code of conduct or commits an offense of a magnitude that the company considers you unsuitable to be in your employment.

WORK HOURS
The working hours shall be 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday Inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays and Gazette public holidays shall be rest days. However, if you work on shift you may have different work hours and rest days other than Saturdays and Sundays.

WEEKEND/ HOLIDAY DUTY ALLOWANCE:
Where you are required to be on duty on Saturdays, Sundays and
Gazette public holidays, you will be paid as follows:
Total Performance: 9.0%- for work done for 6hours and above
Partial Performance: 4.5%- for work done for 3 hours but not up to 6 hours
Transport Allowance: GBP90.00 per day worked
Meal Allowance: GBP120.00 per day worked
Presence Weekend (PW), this rule will apply to periods arising from delays in evacuating the field, location site or office according to the arrangements subsisting between the SHELL U.K. LIMITED and your Department.

SHIFT ALLOWANCE:
SHELL U.K. LIMITED shall pay you shift allowance o[censored]SD1,080 only per shift to if you work on shift either in the offices or fields.

COMPASSIONATE LEAVE
In the event of death or serious illness of your father, mother, wife husband or child,or any of your relatives necessitating your presence, SHELL U.K. LIMITED shall grant you compassionate leave with pay up to a maximum of 21 working days per year.

VACATION
You shall be authorized Four (4) times paid vacation during the term of the contract, to be used at the employees 'discretion after duly informing and receiving approval from employer's management. SHELL will pay for your travel expenses (i.e. flight tickets) and flat rate travel allowance of 1, 500GBP.

My bike (Pulsar 220 DTS-i) was in reserve & I went to the Shell petrol pump in Bommanahalli (2km after Silk-board on Hosur road). I asked them to fill normal petrol full tank and they dispensed 18.7 litres. Usually I tank-up at the Shell petrol pump near Shantinagar where its usually comes to around 17 litres.

I didn't know the capacity of my bike so I emailed Bajaj customer care inquiring about the same. They replied that the capacity was 15 litres INCLUDING 3.2 litres of reserve!!

I was shocked to hear that!! The only reason I went to Shell to fill petrol was to make sure that I wasn't being fleeced and it looks like these guys are ripping me off like anything!!

How do I lodge a complaint with Shell? There is no email contact information given on their website?

My number[protected] I am using Zong network but now I want to switch my network to Mobilink.Your representative called by offering special package and urged not to shift network then he changed my package, and he did not explain that you are bound for one year to use Zong network.Today I called service centre about my MNP situation, they told me that you could not shift to any other network.This is cheating and fraud with customer by misguiding about package.
So, please reply and shift my number to Mobilink network.
