[Resolved] ShopClues — Wrong product delivered | |
Dear Sir,
I recently bought Blackberry mobile (Rim curve 2 8530 cdma Reliance *228) from shopclues. However when in received the product what i found was that there is no sim card slotted area in this mobile. It was a fake one, cheap.
After couple of emails they agreed to pick up the mobile but never refunded money. After my emails, instead of refund they just shipped similar product. as shown they have completed the status of request. though they have not refunded the money.
And when i requested a return, they said that it is as mentioned on the website and we would not be able to return it.
These people at shopclues are making fun of retail industry. This is the second time they gave a fake product.
Please help me resolve this issue.

I have been delivered RB2140 901 Wayfarer Black Rayban Glasses against my order for RB 2132 901 Wayfarer . My order no. is 5407077. The bill also has the model number as RB2132 901 Wayfarer Black frame with green lens Sunglasses but the product in the package was RB2140 901 Wayfarer Black Rayban Glasses.
Kindly, do the needful to deliver me the product of my liking as soon as possible .

I have ordered a Philips Home Theater (Order # 8861351) on 25th November. Shopclues claim that they have shipped it on 29th November. I have still not delivery. The Customer Support has been no use as they dont have any information on when the product would be delivered. For any information, I need to wait for 24~48 hours. This has been repeatedly going on.
I would suggest not to buy anything from this cheap company.
Since they dont deserve a single star, I am not rating.

Dear Concern -Shop clues, have seen you have only address complain which is high value this is not acceptable, this is our hard money which you are collecting through wrong product.
detail of transaction- I ordered pack of 3 Nike deo. I received a single deo and that also packed in rediff packing.
As this is a clear case of cheating.
Please address the issue urgently else i dont have other options to go to consume forum.

i have booked a flipcover of sony xperia e1 dual sim cover for my sony xperia e 1 dual mobile, vide order no. 13593675 on 6.5.14, unfortunately shopclues sent flip cover but mobile is not fit in it. i register a complaint regarding the product and the customer cell of shopclues directed me to send the snap shots of the product i accordingly sent the snapshots, today i received an email in which shopclues denying the refund, what can a customer do when this type of companies duping customers in daylight although they claimed hassle free return, and uit is a geniune complaint by a certified shop clues buyer.

I had ordered for a Galaxy S3 Mini Andriod Phone through ShopClues online website and paid for it through the credit card. ORDER # 5378907. These people asked for time to resolve my issue as the product delivered to me was looking used and old. I also send them the pictures of the products. Spoke to Rishabh Jain Supervisor at ShopClues he promised that once the product is picked up by the courier person as per their instructions they will iniate the refuns and transfer the funds into my bank account. Today i received an email from them saying they will arrange for a pickup of the product and the replacement for it will be done by the merchant once the product is received. I JUST WANT MY 4999RS BACK THAT"S WHAT I TOLD THEM. kINDLY HELP ME REGARDING THIS.
