Next hearing date has been fixed for 6th April 2010 in Pune In Mumbai it is 27th March 2010 The Honourable Judge gave Majesterial Custody to Roopesh Verma. The Honourable Judge suggested that because there are no recoverable properties belonging to SOSN & any of its directors in Pune, the Pune complaints should be clubbed with Mumbai. Pune-Sosn Investors Forum has together have supported the cause of conditional bail of Mr. Roopesh Verma through their local Advocate & have met him, wherein Mr. Verma said he has sufficient money to pay each investor their invested/principal amount & still run company but as his all properties personal as well as official plus all accounts etc. has been sealed & froze he his helpless. Also as in case of our judicial system the accused is granted the status of guilty/offender by complainants, their lawyers & police, before been even pronounced the same now he is in shambles position & requesting the investors to get him bail. They are also trying to get in touch with lawyers of Mr. Roopesh Verma in different cities including Delhi Mr. Arya to centralize the case & get an early decision in investors favour. We support the same. Sosn Investors Forum view point:- Point & again we have reiterated that our main focus is the release of money to the investors and it is apathy of our system that irrespective of money/assets been available & most of the Investors support the cause of conditional bail (wherein the court appoints an observer/executor to pay/release money to investors) to the accused; we still are in doldrums by our own insane & hasty decision of adding more FIRs & complaints to police/eow, which are not yet able to prove fraud & is only jeopardizing our chances of getting back our hard earned money. Even if the police/eow gives traces of fraud/cheating we are only bothered about our money to be given to us, which through the court decision is a complicated one & takes long. Our suggestion is to make Sosn Investors Forum in individual sosn state/cities & approach court through their own advocate to get the money released as Pune-Sosn Investors Forum has done & trying to have Mumbai-Sosn Investors Forum made. Persons/Group/Forums those are interested to take lead from Sosn center cities & help investors cause towards early release of money may write to us to initiate the process of forming an Investors Forum in the applicable cities. I mean to say the person Mr Rupesh Varma is good in everything we have to behave nice there I am in a favour of everyone & more support to the investor because this is there hard earned money but if you see history cheater will never stay if he wants to cheat you.you won't even come to know he will pass through...
I am also an Investor I have invested 1.55 lakh in the sosn even I am worried about my money but you have to have patience to recovar our invested amount the thing is than.Mr Rupesh Varma also suffering because of his running business income has stopped and I wish the person who is investor should talk only because others decisign will not valid looser will be investor only so please use your own mind and don't listen to others I dont think so the company is fraud the they wish to cheat anyone o[censored]s ...

Even I am wondaring about datta muke he ran away and never answer the call even his mobile is switched off but meny a times I have spoke with Mr Ajay regarding the matter and he is a hopefull person whatever it is he is in a touch with us and following the case ang give us infermations on time...

Everything was okay till November 2009 so we shouldn't doubt the working of the company and its capability to pay back.We should see previous cases like this as we Investor shouldn't lose our hard earned money by some delay decisions by court, few angry investor(who are new ivestor), adavantage taken by police for complaints made by some unaware investors.I am getting return for last 2 years along with 10 of my friends.Now we should fight with our forum for early release and get back our returns .We should check the delay doesn't go beyond 5-8 April for release .
I request forum to check the Mr, Arya for release on 29th March itself and we investor should fight tooth and nail for his release.
