[Resolved]  Shriram Gas Agency - Bharat Gas - Sinhagad Road - Pune — Poor Services by Shriram gas Agency - Bharat gas - sinhagad road - PUNE

It has been very bad experience with Shriram Gas Agency (Bharat gas on sinhgad road pune). I would like to bring to your notice that they are very unprofessional while dealing with customers and providing any kind of service, below are some highlights :-

- First they took a long to provide a new connection of cylinder
- Then they are worst at providing refill cylinder delivery, our gas was over and it’s been almost 15 days we are asking for refill to them, There representative will always say that you will get refill cyl in next 2-3 but it never happened
- While talking they are very unprofessional and does not listen to customer complaints

It’s not complaint from my side but many other people have the same complaint and people are moving to other connections.

We would be very happy if something can be done in this regards otherwise it will hamper the image of bharat gas when we post this on several web sites and paper.

Kindly do something.

Bharat Gas — Poor services

Dear Sir,

Actully I have booking the Gas 21-9-07 Booking no-9586 my consumer no-24336. but Today 20 days has over, still not recd to Gas, Daily I have Consulting Raksha Gas Agency Hebbagodi, Hosur Main Road Bangalore-99, but there is not Getting responsbility, he is telling you consult delevery person Mr Babu, he is telling you call tommorow[protected] again- tommorow-tommorow.So I request you I have facing Lot of problem for your side .

Pls solve my problem and give me Gas as per time

Bharat Gas — area dealer is very rough

Most respectfully Sir,
Very honourably i want to say that my name is Abu Zafar.I am free lance journalist.I have acomplain to you that your dealer in my locality (Saraimeer, Azamgarh)is very rough in manner and atitude.he talk likes wild man to any kind of people.I have booked my gas at 30/10/2007 but till now i have could not find the gas.the cyber cafe's distance is near about 35 K.M.please give me any tele phone number or kindly do somthing for me

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had booked for a cylinder on 3rd December, 2007 and my residence is just 2 km from the service provider's office. Its more than 9 days and I have still not received the cylinder. I personally visited the office and requested them for the delivery of cylinder and was assured for the delivery the same day but finally it was not done.

This has become a common problem with most o[censored]s and a cause of concern for all since it disturbs our day routine. I would request your good self to kindly look into to it and take some strict action against the dealer.

Please take immediate action towards him. They don't have how to talk with customer, they never pick phone, they sell cylinder in black and many more...

this complaint i am writting on behalf of my dad.

this is regarding vaisnov gas agency located at J.P.Road, shukla Chawl, Khar(e), mumbai-400051.
The local gas delivery person Mr. Jhumbarlal alias lambu who caters the service to prembaug building and surrounding areas is involved in black marketing where he is selling gas to non-customer of vaishnov gas agency at the price of Rs 400 where the actual rate is Rs 340 only, thereby creating crisis in the gas supply. the agency people know this but hesitate to take our complaint. I have been facing this problem for the last one and a half year.i am not supplied gas at appropriate time. it is high time that he needs to be removed from his job.

I had called Bharat Gas Dealer in Pimple saudaguar. They dont know how to talk to customer...Before asking any queries, they just cut off the phone...I tried to connect them thrice... The phone is either busy or ringing.. They dont pick up calls...

Is this a way to handle customers?

Mrs Shiramn Gas Agencies, Sinhgad road, Vadgoan Pune is not responding to the phone calls in last two days on Ph.020/24340434/35. This phone lines are either busy or ringing continuously. That means the officials are not working effectively. Kindly take the serious action and do something for common people..

i want to do complaint againest ur company shreeram gas agancy that evat month we try to contact u for booking or our lpg gas celyander, but too much problems occured 4m last 3 months, every time ur phone was enagaged.This place is far 4m my home, so i had to go there 4 booking every time, whenever i ask another no to ur employees then didnt give me no.
so its a very hectic prob been 4 me, kindly request to slove my prob.

I am also facing the same problem with shriRAM gas agency.
1. Phone number which they provided[protected] &[protected] was always busy. i don't know whether they are using this phone numbers for internet connection. If you try to connect any one of these number you have to wait minimum 15-20 minutes, redial again and again. Some times for whole day you will not get connected to them.
2. While taking the booking for refilling the cylinder they always told you that you will get it within 8-10 days. But actually cylinder will come to your home after 15-20 days. Meanwhile if you call them you will get same answer from the lady .. some problem with cylinder vehicle, today vehicle didn't came.
3. My questions to them is how they are giving the spot delivery to some persons who paid more?. In this case how the cylinder stock is available with them? Who is going to ask them about this?
4. If you gone to there office and telling this facts then they simply ignore you.
5. So to whom you have to make compliant? Is there any higher authority office?

Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

my self Amit kamboj #1583(top floor). sec.4 panchkula.(Haryana).Dear sir i"ve applied for a new gas connection to the name of my wife suman kamboj last two months ago.the varification officer variefied all formalities to my add/home at that time.but i've not recieved any call or conformation from the agecncy/gas companey till yet.dear sir i've very much need of a gas connection asap.& i'm very suffered from the agency/gas companey.gas companey not giving me any response or conformation.dear sir this is my second complaint to u. sir please help me & tryieng for a revert back to me asap.

from morning 9.15am i am trying the landline number it is always busy plz sir/madam it is kind request to you to take some decision on this because we are facing a problem a lot our cylinder is finished we have no another cylinder so ow we will cook food from last 2 days we are ordering food from outside.
