[Resolved]  Shriram Gas Agency - Bharat Gas - Sinhagad Road - Pune — Poor Services by Shriram gas Agency - Bharat gas - sinhagad road - PUNE

It has been very bad experience with Shriram Gas Agency (Bharat gas on sinhgad road pune). I would like to bring to your notice that they are very unprofessional while dealing with customers and providing any kind of service, below are some highlights :-

- First they took a long to provide a new connection of cylinder
- Then they are worst at providing refill cylinder delivery, our gas was over and it’s been almost 15 days we are asking for refill to them, There representative will always say that you will get refill cyl in next 2-3 but it never happened
- While talking they are very unprofessional and does not listen to customer complaints

It’s not complaint from my side but many other people have the same complaint and people are moving to other connections.

We would be very happy if something can be done in this regards otherwise it will hamper the image of bharat gas when we post this on several web sites and paper.

Kindly do something.

This is what we do that we write on net for complaints, never get sorted. This is the way of getting satisfaction your self, nothing else.. Well try out some other ways..

Iam also facing the same problem for the past one year. BP should keep a tab on their agencies .
They take booking only after 15 days of delivering a cylinder and delivey time in more than 15 days. Thus we can expect a new cylinder only after a month.
I seriously doubt that this delay is to facilitate their black business.
Same with me. I am trying to get new gas connection since two months. They do not entertain gas connection request without gas burner. I was really frustrated and I decided to get connection with burner and they said new connections will not be given until next 15 days. Every 15 days I am getting same answer. They are very unprofessional with customer handling. Bharatgas really need to take care of such agencies.

We have registered for re-fill on 24/12/2010. till today, 11/1/2011 we have not received refilled gas from Shriram Gas.
It is very touch time to reach the agency. Most of the times their both the phones are either "engage" or "not responded".

if responded, they are telling, you will receive the cylinder by first after 10 days, then two-three days, Vehicle has not come today, tomorrow, by today evening.

Even after no. of call we have not received "gas" and we are now on GAS.

With such a "HORRIBLE" service standard, how one can manage with one gas cylinder.

Bharat Gas — Dealer not listing phone while booking

Respected sir/madam,

I am customer for Bharat Gas and my custer id 33812, every time when we make call to our dealer for booking [ refilling cylinder ], they did not respond to the call, One can not stop as this service comes under "Emergency Service" , Althouth they are having 3 business phones.

Phone number which they provided[protected] &[protected] was always busy. i don't know whether they are using this phone numbers for internet connection. If you try to connect any one of these number you have to wait minimum 15-20 minutes, redial again and again. Some times for whole day you will not get connected to them.

i m rohit live in shastri nagar i have a bhart gas connection in kehra gas roshanara road my connection no is 42167 15.2.10 book the gas but recently finish my gas I go to my agency
But my agency staff say I m not give you a gas cellander bokking date to befor 4TH of boking and allway take gas cellender lost waight gas cellendr

I was chasing this foolish agency for long but some how last time i managed to put a new connection request on 16 March, 2011 Wednesday Verification was done as well on 17 March 2011, I went for registration on saturday in same week but people there said they cant to registration today (i.e on Saturday) instead they asked me to come on monday which is working and when they know it very well that people are not able to make it on odd days (it means there work is reduced)...
Tough i requested them saying "why such delay when i am approaching you on time and today its working also when connections are available, why i am asked to come on monday again..." in response " No we wont do it today" i said fine...how if my wife comes on monday for registration...they side it is FINE.
Today when my wife went there for registration...she got d response saying "We want only concern person on name of whom gas will be issued" my concern here is when i was available why didnt these guys took my request. and also when i asked about my wife coming on monday why did they say yes...today when i was asking tht person to talk to me over phone...he didnt even had a courtesy to talk and discuss...he started saying my wife "It is common sense...signature is required of requestor, wht is there to talk over phone when i am telling you everything..." (Had this been told earlier to me i would have never asked my wife to go there, If this is the case why i was mis guided and my connection is delayed...now again it will goto weekends...and i am sure in this weekend as well they will ask me to come again.

Please help Suggest...i dont think soo GOVT will help us, since govt is useless and busy in filling its own pokets...i have raised lot of concerns not specific to this topic but other as well...and found no response...

ITS WE WHO HAVE TO COME TOGEHTER AND TEACH LESSON TO THIS GUY...SO THAT OTHERS WONT SUFFER NEXT TIME...

Lets start a trail and meet on day in front of his office and take action.

I would urge each one of you to visit the distributorship and get your Bharatgas Smart Card. Please carry your Consumer Card (Blue Book) and ID proof to get this Smart Card. This card will enable you to-
1. Book Refill by just giving a missed call from your registered mobile..!
2. Anytime Booking..
3. Delivery aaured to the right person only..

Meanwhile, I am working closely with the distributor to wipe out the backlog in his area at the earliest...

Is Ration card is Compulsory to get this smart card ?
Raka Gas Egency in Chichwad is asking this & our ration card is at our home town.
Please clarify this as they are takeing Bharat gas name to make it complusory .
We already have blue book & other papers .
Is there any complulsion to take smart card & what is deadline for this ?

Replying since i took my smart card.

@Prasad : Please be informed that blue book (States you are owner) or Receipt is enough for smart card since i am able to fetch the card on same. For verification you can carry photo id with you (PAN or PASSPORT). Also you can take print out of rules stated on bharat gas web site.

Same is also mentioned by samarth in his trail...
("Please carry your Consumer Card (Blue Book) and ID proof to get this Smart Card")

Charges for Smart is 30rs.

This is in regards to Gas Connection which i took up in month of February 2011 from Shreeram Gas Agency, Sinhgad Road Pune. I raised online Cylinder booking request on 15 June 2011. Order No 9715861.

This is to notify you that, today (21 June 2011) around at 8:40pm, My wife received cylinder delivery.
I stepped in just when that Delivery person was about to leave so couldn't figure out what has happened.

When i spoke to my wife i got to know the UNETHICAL way my wife took up Cylinder Delivery.

1) Person who came for delivery came at 8:40pm with no Bharat Gas Dress Code, instead was in civil dress.
2) When my wife asked for Receipt, in response that person said, "Mam has not given receipt, will give it to you in next delivery"
3) He took 360/- rs for Cylinder with no receipt.

Also We don't know what is the exact rate at this point of time.

I have also intimated my wife for not to take such deliveries in unethical way next time.

Request you to Teach Shree Ram Gas Agency that it is not older Pune now, time is changed now.

Also tell him, Please DO NOT DO WORK SO CARELESSLY. THIS MAY LEAD TO INSECURITY TO ALL.

Sriram agency service is very pathetic. I hate the way these guys talks. They never listen to you. They are always arrogant and adamant. If you have conservation of more than 3 sentence, for sure, you will have end up with fighting with them. They don't know how to talk to lady customers as well. They never receive the call. Distributor should be changed soon else we should file case against.

Just what will you do when your gas agency keeps all phone lines out of customer’s reach? For past several days, I have this problem in Bangalore with Rashmi Gas Agency. My Bharatgas consumer no.37543. How do I get my refill cyclinder? Can someone help, pls? Will Rashmi Gas Agency, the supplier, please act? Thanks
