[Resolved]  Sify — Sify tricks people

This is one unfortunate event where Sify broadband has tricked me into paying for services where they could provide none. I was a customer with Sify when one fine day my Sify broadband stopped working (while still in subscription period). I contacted customer center multiple times and they sweetly assured me that engineer would come to inspect the cause. After a million phone calls and one month delay, the call center lied to me that the error is rectified and advised me to renew subscription. I trustingly renewed it but was shocked to discover no internet access. I was willing to put all this inconvenience caused and asked simply for refund and apology [INTERACTID:5915118]. And guess what, after an additional month (2.5 months total), I am still waiting for any action.

I strongly advise fellow netizens to stay away from Sify and never to believe their call centre executives. Most of the times they would outsource their work to shady vendors without informing customers. You might end up not only losing your money but also all the facilities internet brings. These Sify people won't even let your search for any other provider by their fake promises and sweet talk.

I would like to inform every one that SIFY BROADBAND sucks.Worst internet connection they provide to there clients..Every week it works only 2-3 days else alway's on error.Complaining agaian & again doesn't work at all.Iam fedup by following them to provide good connectivity.They dont have solution for there own errors's due to that customer have to face such inconvenience.

I am really so much frustrated with the service of Sify Voip Connetion, i have been using this service from the last 8 years but from the few months it has not been working, i have registerd a lot of complaints to the all nodal and appalete authorioty of sify ltd but they are not considering my problem even they have threatened me to do a case against me for damage of their voip instrument
it was not working properly from the last year i have complaint so many times but and his executive came here to reinstall it but could not be installed even they have send a replaced voip instument from mumbai but it could not be performed as per the sify executive Mr. Ravi,
i have send a lot of reqeust to the sify appalate authority and nodal offricer but they are not hearing me even they have told me to file a case in the court against me becaue of non working of instrument
but i m informing u that i have not touched the instrument it was installed at the teris but due to network connetivity it was not properly worked and when i request to repair if than they have not performed their duty
I am the user of Sify and i have a small business to make ISD call from this line and this line is not accessed by the sify ltd.
they are not ready to repair it they are overcharging Rs. 3000/-
i request you to kindly handle this case
